He had my boat for an entire year, excuses and excuses as to why the work wasn't completed as requested such as "my girlfriend beat me up" to I need a "second opinion" Invoices with made up figures and costs that don't add up. In the end I had to get my boat back that had been left in a field, covers ripped, engine exposed wires hanging out...... police called BE AWARE He is an absolute joke!

Rib Right to the rescue!!…read more I'm living in Malaga Spain & I'd never touched an inflatable before and when I got my hands on this Flatacraft Force 4, I found the Inflation Valves were shot. Looking around the internet I found RIB RIGHT and explained the problem. Ben advised me to replace the old valves with new Leafield C4 valves and proceeded to assist me by email and telephone throughout the whole process of removing the old valves and installing the new C4's. Not only that, they cut the new patches perfectly together with the hole for the new valve. Unstinting SERVICE that you don't find so easily these days THANK YOU VERY MUCH....The Rib's seaborne again!! David.
