They stock warm inner wear and boatshoes. I find their boatshoes very expensive, and would only buy them there during a sale. There's all manner of hooks, ropes, twine, loops, and and all the kit you can need on the water. There is also an interesting selection of books on themes nautical and they also have charts and maps which show shipping lanes and currents. I think this is an interesting shop for anyone to look around, and they are very useful too.

After waiting 6 days for a so called 24 48 hour Max delivery I sent an email but had no answer so I had to phone them. Quote from the website customer service 'second to none'. When I telephoned Piplers I thought the customer service was terrible, I was fobbed off and patronised on the phone yet i was being so polite. The site says we will endeavour to dispatch the same day: Not true, My order was sent in on a Thursday night via the web & payed for, so it should have been sent out Friday, but the grumpy man on the phone said it was sent out on Monday, what damn shame.
