Somehow a person was already in the building being registered before it opened at 8am making me the third person in line. No greeting. I suspected I had the flu and felt terrible with an uncontrollable cough. In the 20 minutes waiting for the 1st mystery patient to be registered, I could not locate a mask (a child was behind me with his father) no one cared to turn on a single light in the lobby and I stared outside through the only filthy windows in the entire shopping mall. During this wait, I messaged my primary at a different provider via portal, who called me within minutes and did a telemed appt while I was still waiting to be registered. This location used to be welcoming and reliable. I dont understand the lack of attention to the details now. I will most likely try this place again because I am a patient of Phisicians Regional who has excellent care but this experience would put me off otherwise.

While we were on vacation in Naples this summer I had an issue and needed urgent care…read more Unbeknownst to me before going swimming in the ocean, I must have had a papercut or other small cut on one of my fingers. After a few days, I woke up one morning with my finger swollen & inflamed, and it was pretty painful. We googled and found this walk-in clinic. With all the scary stories about Vibrio infections from swimming in sea water with an open wound, I was anxious to get treated as soon as possible. We arrived at around 9 or 9:30 AM and there was no wait. Dr Crisan saw me and prescribed Amoxicillin & Doxycyline for me immediately. She also lanced the blister that had popped up next to my fingernail & cleaned the wound. She suggested soaking my finger in water with Epsom salt a couple of times per day, which helped relieve the discomfort and encouraged faster healing. So thankful that I was able to get in and out quickly and I felt the service was very good. Would definitely come back if I ever need to see a doctor while visiting the area.

I had a hysterectomy about eight weeks ago and I haven't heard much about going forward what's the date in case I start experiencing anything or anything like that so I figured I'd call because for the past two weeks. I have not been able to sleep barely eaten anything, I'm constantly sweating waking up on a bed soak wet, hot flashes constant throughout the day, I feel down, extremely extremely tired and I messaged Annie DeMagio's office about my symptoms, she had someone called me this morning to make the appointment knowing what I was asking on the message and explaining my symptoms, I made the appointment for 12 o'clock and waited pay $60 co-pay. I was waiting in the room with my mother when Annie entered the room and did not say hello any of us, instead, she looked really angry and gave us her back without even saying hello, when she finally turned around, I said hello I said, how are you today because she never bothered when I started mentioning my symptoms even before I said anything she said I don't do anything things that you want me to do. I don't do any of what you're asking and I'm not going to and not so many words, she didn't even bother, asking what I was going through how I was feeling absolutely nothing super unethical and unprofessional. Even my mom was shocked and surprised to her reaction and behavior when she entered the room I asked to get my money back and I asked to speak to a manager. They told me that they were in meetings for two hours, and I couldn't talk to that's higher up than the guy that was there that said he . He told me he was gonna have someone back when I asked with uncertainty he couldn't confirm. This needs to be addressed. Her behavior was absolutely uncalled for and not professional at all!! I will never go back there and I don't recommend her to anybody. She is extremely rude and wants to do what she wants with the patient instead of what you are asking for Four as a patient.
