We have saw Dr. Palmer and the PA Stephan. We really like both of these doctors. I feel very comfortable at this office with my 9 year old who has been going here since she was 6.

At the pre-op appointment,…read morewhere only the PA saw us, I requested a sedative to administer from home the morning of the surgery. My daughter suffers from anxiety due to the loss of her bio father when she was 5, has been diagnosed and treated for it. She's 12 years old and uses an SSRI daily to manage it. The PA refused my request for a sedative saying "we don't like to do that". The morning of the surgery at the hospital, my daughter had a panic attack and was unable to undergo the surgery. As I was escorting our daughter out of the OR, my husband had the opportunity to speak to the surgeon who admitted they could have given meds prior to surgery to prevent the attack. Later, I phoned the ENT office to lodge a complaint. While the office manager was kind in her handling of my complaint, she danced around the issue and the staff never owned their error. Our experience was extremely upsetting and could have been avoided. Never received a follow-up call or apology from Dr. Seth Palmer. Extremely disappointed and will not return.

He's an arrogant doctor, who thinks his opinion is the only one that matters. He is nasty to his staff. He leaves the warm fuzzies to his lady, Phil. A letter was to be sent to patients explaining the situation (Dear folks, hows it feel to get screwed?), but I have not as yet seen one. Very unprofessional. Poor doctor/ patient relationship. I hope they get run out of sunny CA. I need an ENT now, and I have no idea where to go. Pathetic little man.
