When you do repeated injections in the painful area and it doesn't help, he tries to shame you into continuing the injections anyway. If he had bothered to review my prior MRI or order a new MRI (and any good practitioner would have), he would have found that it was referred pain from a severe back problem that can't be fixed with injections and requires surgery. My advice is to try somewhere else that isn't just a needle-jockey mill.

Staff was very nice and checked to see how much longer before I would go into an exam room..said I was next. After waiting an additional 15 minutes, I informed staff I was leaving. I heard them call my name as I was walking out the door but decided I didn't want to deal with the wait every time I needed to return. I'll be looking elsewhere.

He did a wonderful job both in the way he communicated and the way he performed the testing. Although this is a generally an unpleasant test, he made it much less so. Dr. Justin Jabara explained his findings and my MRI result in a very clear and concise manner while answering all of my questions and interruptions. As I moved along the chain I met with Dr. Christine Bowman. She made everything I was considering come together as a plan that I could digest with comforting knowledge for pre-operative, operative, and post-operative care and recovery. The staff are friendly and professional, plus I have never had to sit in their waiting room more than several minutes before they bring me into their clinical area. My time is valuable, and I am glad that they understand that fact. Although they move things along very efficiently, I have never felt rushed.
