She'll remember where I was going or what I had planned the last time I came in, even when I've completely forgotten I told her. It's those little personal touches that make the experience different. More importantly, Brodie is meticulous with her spray tans. She takes her time, pays attention to the details, and makes sure everything looks natural and even. You never feel rushed or like you're just the next appointment. There are plenty of places to get a spray tan. I think it's so cute they call them, sugar mamas lol. The place was very clean. Amy was an absolute doll, kind and knowledgeable. I'm going to start off by saying my sugaring experience was amazing . i truly adored my sugar mama Amy and had been loyal to her for more than a year, what i didn't appreciate was the management team . I was a regular every 4 week client with a card on file .. But one day i had my appointment and went up to the reception and handed her a different card and proceeded to chit chat with her for more than 30 minutes about all of the products in the store .. i got my card back and left . About 2 weeks later I get a SCATHING voice mail from a manager (can't remember her name ) about how i left without paying accused me of stealing , cancelled all future appointments and demanded immediate payment .. I was absolutely shocked to be accused of something like that . i wasn't a new customer . They had a card on file and i spent more than 30 minutes talking to the receptionist .. prior to leaving . Needless to say I never went back .. Fast forward the 2 years .. someone very close to me (to respect privacy i'm going to keep some details out ) had a similar experience only on the employment end . She followed this company for over a year on IG .. they followed her back . she waited patiently for a job to open up .. corresponded with the hiring manager from time to time and .. finally a job opened up .. they interviewed hired her and after one day fired her . just like that she wasn't a fit ..claimed lack of experience.interesting.. considering the fact that she had 6 years as a fine dining restaurant hostess and has taught ballet for several years..however , not sure what they were expecting given it was only one day of training ... hate to be the one to tell them that girls accepting a $17 an hour job tend to be young and may .. lack experience ..anyone else wouldn't have taken a barely above minimum wage job .. not fitting in .. hmm you followed her on social media interviewed her and had her resume . you knew she was an aspiring model and in college studying forensic psychology.. she wasn't something the dog dragged in not only that but you let her go via email super tacky and classless on your part .. but I digress .. California is an at will state and both her and i have moved on guess my initial impression was spot on though about your management team . Look The service is great . The place is cute and clean Amy was amazing but the .. management not so much the company not soo much .. If it was a one off incident i would have never said a word. but truly in a customer service world where sugar studios are on every corner they need to work on how they treat others both on the customer side and on their employment side.

1 Star -- Really disappointing after 3+ years as a loyal customer…read more I honestly never thought I would be writing a review like this because I had been coming here for over three years. Unfortunately, one experience with the front desk completely changed how I feel about this place. About two weeks ago, I had another doctor's appointment that unexpectedly ran much longer than I anticipated. Because of that, I was told I shouldn't lie flat on my back for a few hours afterward. I called about four hours before my appointment because all I was asking for was to move my appointment to later that day or another day. I wasn't trying to cancel--I simply needed to reschedule. What really frustrated me was that the front desk employee told me there was no issue and that I could reschedule online. Instead, she went ahead and canceled my appointment, which was not what I asked for, and I was then charged a cancellation fee. I even contacted my bank, and they confirmed the charge had been manually entered. At that point, it wasn't even about the fee anymore. It was the way the entire situation was handled. After being a loyal customer for more than three years, I expected a little understanding and basic customer service. Instead, I felt like I was being judged for something that was completely out of my control. I want to be fair because most of the people here have always been nice to me, but unfortunately, this interaction left such a bad impression that I no longer feel comfortable continuing to come here. Three-plus years of loyalty shouldn't feel meaningless over one situation that could have been handled so much differently. I understand businesses have cancellation policies, and I respect that. But there is a big difference between enforcing a policy and making a long-time customer feel like they don't matter. I really wish this had been handled differently because I genuinely enjoyed coming here before this experience. It's unfortunate that one interaction at the front desk was enough to make me reconsider being a customer after all these years.
