Today, 4/26, I received a voicemail changing my appointment to 4:45 PM--and I did not see or hear that message in time. This is unacceptable. It is unprofessional to change someone's appointment without contacting them to confirm it's okay to move the time. I also have plans this evening, and I do not live nearby or have the ability to wait around for a **4:45 PM** appointment. Unfortunately, when I expressed my frustration, Zack was rude and did not address the issue appropriately. When I explained my concern, Zack walked away and said he didn't like my attitude. I feel like none of the staff made an effort to help resolve the situation, and this experience was handled poorly. I will not return to this establishment, and I plan to share my experience on my social media platforms. This was unprofessional across the board, and I would rate it no stars if that were an option.

She knew my nervousness because i talked about and said she was an RN and knew what she was doing. I get migraines and I wanted my 11s injected. Instead, she said she needed to inject higher and on my (faint and non problmatic )crows feet to " even it out." SO 600 dollars later, my forehead is frozen DOWN into a permanent frown. My eyelids are now hooded and I have to use prescription eye drops to tighten the skin to improve visibility and reduce irritation. And the 11s are still there. Even though the people are friendly and it seems like a nice place, you are only as good as your last appointment, so I give them a negative 1. And I have to frown with hooded eyes for 4 months now. The worst part is that I trusted her and talked ti her about my fears of bad injections and she did it anyways. It hard not to take it personally. nd also, the "heavy dropped brow" seems to be triggering more migraines. Utter waste of trust and money. I'm picky when it comes to skincare/ beauty treatments. I'm all about the fancy life, and Huong's facials are the best. She knows how to treat stubborn spots like no other. I went two times to get a (much more expensive!) Hydrafacial in a different spa next to my house, but they were ineffective against the one big whitehead I had. Huong got the stubborn whitehead out in one facial and with minimal discomfort. After a facial from Huong, my skin is glowing, and I get so many compliments. She even noticeably lightened up my brown spots (which hadn't noticeably changed after three Clear + Brilliant laser treatment$$$). Huong works hard through the entire facial. While she lets product sit on your skin, she stays busy massaging your arms/legs. The environment is welcoming. I love the warm bed and calming background music. Her prices are reasonable too, and she offers discounted packages of 5. Huong is a sweet person with a calming presence and voice. She's a good listener and never pushy about buying more products or services. I appreciate that she doesn't try to rush me into or out of the room. She also doesn't ask me to leave her reviews. :) My now-fiancé thoroughly enjoyed our couples massages here, especially with Leila. (I'm not that big on massages.)
