As it turns out, the original amount I was told was correct. However, when I questioned the discrepancy, the employee, Cody, became very rude and defensive. When my keys were returned, I calmly explained to another employee that Cody had been disrespectful and that I was simply trying to understand the charges. At that point, Cody became extremely aggressive. As I was leaving, he came out of his office, raised his middle finger at me, and called me a racial slur. This behavior was completely unacceptable and deeply upsetting. Up until this incident, I had a positive experience scheduling my appointment and arranging the service. However, no customer deserves to be treated this way. For someone in a position of ownership, this conduct is alarming and unprofessional. I dropped off the vehicle today around 9AM and was greeted by Tom (the father), he explained appropriately how much it would cost and told me that they were down a few men due to COVID but, my car would be ready by the end of the day. At 11:15 Tom (the father) contacted me to tell my car was ready. I went to pickup my vehicle around 2PM and was greeted by Tom (the son) he explained what was done and also explained that there was pieces of the brake pad sticking to the brake disc. Tom said that this was something that may fix itself as the vehicle is driving or may need servicing in a he future. I was pleased with the service and the way both Tom's treated the customer.

From the moment she left, her car started making a strange noise that got worse every day. Almost two weeks later, she came to our house because the noise had become very loud. My husband is a retired mechanic, so he inspected the car. He discovered that one of the wheels had loose lug nuts. She drives on the Garden State Parkway every day to work at Short Hills Mall. This could have ended in a tragic accident. When she went back to the store to report the issue, the young woman at the front desk was extremely rude and disrespectful. She asked to speak with the manager but was told there wasn't one in the building--the same response she had received over the phone the day before. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location. A mistake like this could put someone's life at risk, and it's even more disappointing when no one is willing to take responsibility or address the customer's concerns. Please always double-check your vehicle after any service. Your safety comes first.

I handed over the keys and waited in the lobby. While waiting the employees were loudly complaining about all of the customers especially the carvana customers. I'm also a carvana customer and only came to this establishment because it's a registered carvana service center. When my vehicle was finally finished I was told that they couldn't honor the silver rock warranty because I didn't tell them prior. I paid and asked where my car is. The employee told me "it's out front somewhere". Very unprofessional and rude and will not be returning. I was reimbursed by silver rock and reported this establishment to carvana. Beware.
