I mention that the person was no longer at the location so they offered to change the delivery location. 2 hours later the flowers bee received and look beautiful. They definitely went the extra mile to make sure we were happy at the end of the day.

I received an email and a phone call back and the owner Hannah was very apologetic and wanted to make me a new flower arrangement to replace it. I was surprised because I didn't ask for a replacement or request my money back. This was just the service level Hannah provides.
