I wanted to surprise my friend and mentor for her birthday. Linda was one of the persons that replied to mass messages I sent out inquiring about their flower arrangements and if they deliver to Fountain Valley, since they are located in Santa Ana(some places are particular as to where they deliver and it makes sense). The owner asked me if I had a picture as to what I wanted the flower arrangement to look like. I didn't at that moment so I did a quick search and sent her a few pictures. The flower arrangement was not exactly as it looked in the pictures but it sure looked stunning. I truly appreciate the owner's patience, communication, and her willingness to go above and beyond to meet my expectations and some. I posted a picture of the flower box. The grand total was $70 including delivery charge. The owner made sure to have her employee make the delivery before my friend left her home to hear to work which was AMAZING. I also received a text confirming the delivery. It helped with my stress knowing she read going up inform me once they delivered the flower box. I sent a text to my friend to ask her about her surprise and this is exactly what my friend stated in her text: "The flowers got delivered at 6:45 am! Pretty surprise to wake up to. And nice delivery lady. U'r so thoughtful!" (2/2/2019 @ 9:15 a.m. Thank you so much for helping me make my friend's birthday a special one.
