Thank you Lindsey! You have done it again! Last year, I called this place, as it was closest to where my Sister lives (I live out of state). I told her what I wanted, and they made the arrangement. I love that they give you updates via email and text on delivery, and picture of final piece being delivered. This year, a few days before my Sister's birthday, I got a "reminder text" from Lindsey telling me I ordered from them last year for her, and if I wanted to reorder. This was very much appreciated, as I absolutely did! Again, told her what colors I wanted, and she did same as above. My Sister told, BOTH times, she LOVED them! Thanks so much for making my Sister happy on her birthday (BOTH years)!! Highly recommend!! read more

I've been a customer for a while and have always been happy with my orders, which makes this experience even more disappointing. This time, the quality of the flowers was very poor. The hydrangeas and peonies were already wilting, and by the next day they were completely dead. The arrangement didn't even last two days in my home -- the only flowers that survived were the dried ones. I understand that Valentine's Day is a busy time, but the quality did not match the price that was paid. For what I spent, I expected much better freshness and longevity. I hope the team takes this feedback seriously and improves quality control during peak seasons, as this experience did not reflect the standards I was used to. Photo is after 6 days. I also texted them my concerns and no reply back. read more

I now live in Colorado. A friend had a recent passing of their pets. (3) in 5 days. I looked up top ten florists in the Costa Mesa area and this florist came up. They made a beautiful arrangement and then sent me a photo to see what was being delivered, so I was comfortable with my message and the beautiful arrangement being sent. Thank you, for putting my mind at peace. **Follow up- my friend contacted me, she cried in joy from this arrangement. She said it made her remember the (3) pets that were lost. They plants will continue to be a happy reminder. read more

Very responsive florist; I appreciate them texting and confirming the arrangements I order before they're delivered. I was looking for a florist in the Newport area (to send flowers to my boss) and stumbled upon Flower Synergy! The reviews were great, pictures were beautiful, and seemed reasonably priced! We did just a standard arrangement and it was GORGEOUS! My boss was absolutely awed by the delivery she received. The communication was great - I placed my order online on a Wednesday night, Thursday morning I received a text message with a photo of the bouquet from the florist, and then an hour later it was delivered. Highly, highly recommend! read more

We wanted to send flowers to my MIL for her 87th birthday. I didn't want to use a nationwide florist, as I'm never confident that I'll get what I ordered. It was within a day that I had heard a friend had lost his mother. We were directed not to attend the funeral because it was just immediate family. So I didn't know what to do because the funeral was within a day. I'm a little old school so I thought online wouldn't make the delivery in a day. So I look all over yelp and came across Flower synergy. The gal on the phone was very polite I really appreciate all the help and fast service. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars, is because I couldn't attend the funeral so I left my trust in them being that this is there business and know what type of flowers to set up for funerals. I received a email with a photo of the flowers and I noticed they were in a glass vase. It's very difficult to bring a glass vase and lay on a burial area. So I was a little disappointed that I wish they would have made a display that they could of laid the flowers on the casket or on the grass area, not a vase that later I found out that it kept falling. I'm not a professional in flowers but flowers for a funeral should be different arrangements. Other than that good service. Hopefully it's my last funeral I would have to send flowers. read more

I feel frustrated and disappointed when the delivery doesn't arrive on time, especially when it's a special occasion like Valentine's Day. The lack of communication and updates from the florist shop can also add to the frustration. I would not recommend Flowers Synergy based on my experience. Delivery is a crucial aspect of their service and failing to fulfill that expectation can leave a lasting negative impression. It's important for businesses to prioritize communication and transparency to ensure their customers feel valued and satisfied with their services. read more

The quality is exceptional, and everything looks even better in person. I purchased a flower arrangement for my mom and honestly received more than I expected. The value and attention to detail were incredible. The customer service was also amazing, everyone was so kind and helpful. They're currently having a 50% off sale, which makes it even more worth stopping by! I'm also getting married next year, and I spoke with Freddy about their wedding packages. He let me know they're 50% off right now too, which was such a surprise because I was expecting to spend way more, now it actually fits my budget. They've also moved to a newer location just a block away from their old one, and the new store is HUGE. It's filled with so many gorgeous arrangements and unique gifts. Highly recommend stopping by, you won't be disappointed!

I asked that the final product look as close to the online photo as possible, as I know it all depends on the stock they have. I received a call from Alicia's Flowers, notifying me that the yellow roses they had weren't in the best shape and asked if it was ok to swap out the yellow roses for yellow calla lilies. I confirmed the changed and was very appreciative they called to ask, as well as identifying the condition of the flowers. Upon arriving for pickup, I saw the arrangement waiting for me. I have to say it did look a little different from the online photo, but in the best way! It was even better! The calla lilies matched the tropical theme more than the roses, in my opinion, and the filler leaves were bigger and more even more beautiful than what is in the photo. I will most definitely be ordering again!

She explained that they did not have the fuschia flowers in stock so she did the best she could. Totally fine. A few days later, my mom texted me a picture of the new arrangement. No charge. Amazing.
