Today was my first time ever visiting this fabric store and I was not happy with the service at…read moreall. As soon as I walked in, the only store employee who was working at the time named JANE did not greet me at all. She showed poor customer service and was not able to help me with what I needed. When I walked over to where she was standing she failed to greet me again as a customer, and never said anything such as "How May I help you?" Once I finally got Jane's attention she just stared at me...so I proceeded to let her know the reason why I'm visiting the store was to find a beige colored piece of fabric to patch up a mark I had on my coat. The first thing Jane told me was "we don't have that type of material." She didn't bother to look at my garment or offer to assist me in finding something similar. She then proceeded to tell me "you can look around yourself." I almost walked out of the store due to her lack of customer service. I was honestly disgusted by her attitude and how rude she was. Jane, I hope you learn how to have basic customer service skills one day because your service was awful towards me.

I paid him the full amount and trusted Edwin that the 2nd pillow would be ready in a few weeks. That was August 5th. since then Edwin promises the pillow shortly, soon, in 2 weeks, etc. I even went to his store on that day he said the pillow would be ready but the pillow is not done. now he ignores my calls and texts.
