They also have a mango ice cream machine but that's for me to try next time. Service: Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted by the employee with a big smile. He helped me find a seat and guided me on which items were a must try. The employees seem happy and they also check in with you regularly to make sure your experience is going well. If they employees seem happy then it tells you what you need to know about the place. Cleanliness: This place looks clean both outside and inside. I noticed that dirty plates are picked up quickly and no messy food in the buffet area. Floors are clean and the walls look freshly painted. They no longer serve naan and water to each table individually, both are on the buffet to serve yourself. Really the main service now during lunch buffet is clearing plates. The dining room is still kept clean and tables are cleared and reset quickly maintaining a neat and orderly dining area. They insisted that I call when I'm 20min out and they'd make it fresh even though it was my fault (I work close but live far away). As far as freshness is concerned, I walked in and ordered a massive quantity of food (saved me food prep for a week -that's how much). I waited 1hr and it was piping hot when I got it. You don't wait 1hr for old and recycled food. Obviously everyone's mileage varies and I'm not here to invalidate other customer experiences. I'm just sharing my own. The kebabs here pairs so well with the Afghan rice with raisins, juliene cut carrots and lamb cooked in it with spices too. I had a butter naan with it as well. . The kebabs here is wonderful and authentic. I really enjoy it and can't wait to come back for more. The mint chutney is perfect pairing with the proteins.
