I give such a love review not because of the workers that's in the store mainly because shoppers an a company. The shoppers and low income neighborhoods does not have anything compared to the other shoppers. All they give you is the basic I don't know if they think we don't want more or if we are too poor to afford more but we're not. But I will say to the workers take care of the little produce that they do give you make sure that it's fresh and maybe you'll get more customers and maybe they'll add more to your store later. read more

I just had a ratchet troll deliver my mother's food and sat it behind her car, out back, MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. She told me it said leave at back door, and I said, "well this is a fence not a door" and she looked at me like "well"...no apology NOTHING. Shopper's take some accountability and screen your drivers and stop hiring to fill openings. My Mom is in a wheelchair and if I was not here, her delivery would still be outside. read more

I aways have friendly customer service here. The selection is pretty good. The produce can start to run low after a long day. They offer organic for some items. There are a lot of international food offers in different aisles. I've been able to find plenty of products and use the occasional $10 off coupon , if you spend more than $50. The only other thing that I wish they had was natural kitty litter. Other than that, everything else is great. They have HVAC air filters and hickory wood chips. What more could you ask for? read more

I like the shoppers in Forestville. The staff is always nice, and the sale prices are good, but the prices are better at ALDIs. I go to shoppers for thing like Variety of soft drinks and things I can't get a Aldi. All in all it's a good store though. read more

I shopped at this store on Monday. The store was well-stocked. The plantain were green, which I don't find problematic but some were rotting and had fruit flies swarming all over them. The cashier was efficient and nice. The store could have put more cashiers on duty because the open lines were long. After I settled my bill and waited on Uber, I noticed the recycle bags. I took 2 to the customer service and asked if she could ring me up. She was so rude when she told me to get in line. I went to another customer service person and she was just as rude when she told me she wasn't open. Next thing I know, they were helping customers and when I went back, the first rude one told me to get in lane #1. I left. Customer service is paramount to ANY business. I'm going to the Giant up the street from now on. read more

This is actually a really good supermarket, despite the neighborhood it's in. I've been here many times and the store is always clean, the shelves are always neat and fully stocked and I cannot think of a time I've come here and not been able to find everything that I need. The cashiers are also very nice, and they get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time. read more

So I come here alot just because it's super close to where I live at the moment!! lol. Usually I like to go to giant just because there's more savings and it is cheaper! buuuuuuut what this shoppers lacks in deals it makes up for in cleanliness and freshness. Each and everytme I come to this shoppers I see workers stocking and "organizing" the various products. I love this shoppers compared to other shoppers but the reason I gave this location 4 stars is beacuse it's confusing to shop! I cook alot therfore I like to be in and out of an grocrey store as quickly as possible! How the store is set up is as follows; there are two sets of rows so therefore instead of it being one row each its two so you have to scan each side to find product. There are frozen food items near the veggies which is kind of weird and then there's frozen veggies at the end of the store (where they are normally). thats a bit confusing. And becasue I get on my health kick from time to time I like for all organic items to be grouped together but they are not. Overall this store is nice but being honest there could be a few improvments.The organic section is a little nit picky but improvment can be done. NICE STORE OVERALL THO :) read more

The only reason you would even catch me in this location is if I'm in the area and in need of something quick and fast. The staff is GHETTO, and I mean that. They are so rude, but what can I expect- the area is ridiculous. No fresh produce, salad bar is always a mess, the bakery isn't any better. I'm just appalled. I stopped going to this one, and ended up picking up a few items from the Forestville location every once in a while, but even that one is terrible. I'll stick with my store- Wegmans. read more

I really like this store because of the prices. I can get the same brands I'm familiar with at a much lower price. The only thing I'm Not raving about is the lack of vegetarian/vegan items but hey I can't have it all can I? lol. I actually drive pass serval grocery stores to come here it is worth it. This is one of my favorite grocery stores. But as of today, I will never walk into this store ever again. Although I am an adult, I was feening to get some skittles. And a Coca-Cola distributor hovered over me asking for my number and trying to get my name. After many times of telling him I wasn't interested, he still continued to harass me. they have decent priced stuff for quick, simple shopping. better than the other choices inthe area without driving far.
