The only major shock that I had was buying hot food and bringing it at home. The sticker shock on my food had to be frozen installed for a moment that I got past it. They have everything in the store just a variety is varieties of produce and cheese and meat which I don't eat sweets and bread. The breads are beautiful olives even they're vegan selection is beautiful. I've spent more time standing in the aisle than I should have just looking over stuff. Do not go to the grocery store hungry that's a general statement for all grocery stores, but particularly Wegmans. I was walking down the aisles planning in my head how big a sandwich I can make or should I go to the deli bar and have them make the sandwich. There's so many products to choose from such as bread, condiments, cheese produce, and a vegetable even my faux meats. Wegmans has their own brand of plant base meats. I can take all of the ingredients home and build it as big as I want and as sloppy as I want. It was just too much to consider but I'm glad I encountered Wegmans. I'm gonna miss it when I go back to the West Coast. My suitcase will be full of Wegmans food instead of souvenirs from the various sites of the area.‍‍

It's located at Ritchie Station right next to TJ Maxx, so there's a massive parking lot. But on a weekend, you still may not be able to park close. It's a busy plaza! Upon entering, the aisles are easily labeled and the shelves were quite stocked. I found the juices I came for with no problems at all. Staff were super nice at the register and everything was seamless. There's nothing about this location that makes it stand out from the others -- I do wish that they, like the locations closer to me, had self-checkout. I'm a self-checkout king and I miss it when I don't have it, lol!

The store has been out of the Simply Nature coconut water case for quite a while, yet the $6.99 case price tag is still displayed. Since the boxed cases are unavailable, customers must purchase the individual bottles at $1.50 each. I asked if buying six individual bottles could be honored at the case price, which is a reasonable accommodation many stores make when only the packaging is missing. Instead of receiving a respectful explanation, the manager, Jazz, spoke to me in a raised tone, repeated the same incorrect information, and became visibly irritated when I asked for clarification. When I ultimately asked to remove the items from my purchase, he rolled his eyes and responded with frustration. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. After this incident, customer service reached out to me and assured me they would look into the matter. They made a point to calm the situation and promised follow‑up. However, every time I've reached out for an update, I've received no response. The lack of communication only adds to the disappointment. I understand supply issues happen, but the way this situation was handled--both in‑store and afterward--has caused me to lose confidence in the customer service at this location. I strongly recommend improved training for management and better follow‑through from customer service. Customers deserve clear communication and respectful treatment, even when the answer is "no."

I tried to call the store to let them know so they could check others and throw them out. But the number takes you to a 1-800 number where you can't talk to anyone. They tell you to reach out to them on the website. I went to the website and I could only leave feedback about the website. And I wasn't driving back to get a refund. I usually don't shop here because there is typically only one person checking people out and the line is ridiculous. I won't be back anytime soon to this or any other location.

Later on, I ended up going through his checkout line, and he was just as friendly and helpful. He even took the extra step to make sure the orchid I purchased was packed securely so it would make it home safely. It's small touches like that that really stand out and make a difference. Shopping there felt easy and welcoming, and Nathan made a simple trip to the store feel like a great experience. Customer service is everything at the end of the day, and it means a lot to me to go to a store and receive genuinely good service. Because of that, I will definitely be back. The hours say this store closes at 10pm, and again we walked in at 9:29pm. I'm not sure what the issue was with one of the young ladies working during this shift but there was obviously no self-checkouts open (like usual as of lately) so unfortunately yes it means we had to let you check us out. But the female behind the counter who had what appeared to plaits or braids in her hair with a skully cap went behind the counter as we walked up but had her back to us and huffed and puffed several times to show her irritation that we came to the checkout counter. Then proceeded to continue doing so with her back turned to us, and as the customer (and yes I've worked in customer service retail before) I should not have to make an announcement to you that I'm standing here at the counter. As if her attitude and passive aggressiveness wasn't enough, she then proceeded to say, "So y'all just going to stand there and ain't gon say anything?" I just looked at her and gave her a look that showed I'm not entertaining her ignorance. Then she said, "Okay was that it? " and we said, "Yes." and of course she continues on with the attitude and then says, "Okay.... have a good night " after she rang us up. Again I wasn't going to dignify her ignorance with a response. But I am writing this review so management can know one of the young ladies that worked that current shift tonight needs to be reprimanded and she definitely needs to be retrained on what GOOD customer service is because that clearly was not it at all; I have definitely always experienced better customer service from other workers there during the day shift and the night shift, but this is the first time I experienced extreme rudeness from start to finish. Again I've worked in customer service and retail and I understand it can be a frustrating job and it could be long days for people, however if you're going to project your negative mood and attitude onto the customers then maybe that's not the job for you and don't show up to work. This is another reason I agree with what other customers have said about the self checkout lines; if customers they're going to have to be dealing with disrespect like that on a regular basis then the self checkout lines need to be open for us to check ourselves out in peace.

I found everything I needed with little hassle and was greeted very politely by at least one or two employees. They only have one cashier usually so bring your patience. And, the white fellow with all the tattoos licks his fingers to get the bags loose....wasn't fond of that. But, luckily he went on his break by the time I reached the register. Overall, not a bad place to grab a few essentials. Update: I found some foreign particles in my Gain washing powder. And, the candy I bought was old and expired. I went back to the store to exchange and the manager initially refused to return my money. My husband had attempted to give her the details but apparently wasn't clear. After a somewhat heated exchange the manager Ms. Matthews allowed an exchange which I was very grateful for considering I did not have my receipt only a copy of the exchange in my bank records. It was all good in the end. I will say, I won't buy any food from this location. I'm sure the bug or whatever it was slipped in through the manufacturing process. Also, the store is extremely dirty. It needs a good deep cleaning. Management will return your items at their discretion but seem to be reasonable and professional.
