I was having troubles picking out some make up and I grabbed an item, looked to see if I could open it to get a closer look at the colour and it was already opened so I opened it to look. Not even 2 seconds later, an associate came up to me and told me they didn't have testers and if I wanted to look at a colour then I can scan the bar code. (If I can't even see a colour properly in person while I'm holding the makeup, how am I supposed to see the colour on line through a bar code?). The lady had some attitude on her too. Felt like she was talking down at me. For someone to come to me as soon as I opened that make up, makes me think I was being watched all along. FYI, I was also walking around with a stroller. What kind of a person with a child nonetheless would even consider stealing? Get your staff some better training on how to deal with a customer. If I was being watched the whole time, why didn't she just come up to me and ask if I needed help? I immediately left without purchasing any of the items I had picked out. I would rather give Amy business to a place that treats me like a decent human being instead of making me feel like the way this shoppers did.

She's also very friendly. The ladies at the post office were friendly and I've interacted with them both before and they've always been happy and helpful. There was a long line but it moved pretty fast. This store is always clean and stocked and have wonderful staff.

I'm only leaving a 4 star today because today they lost a star in my books. I fill a Boost prescription here, 5 cases a week. Every week I go in and pick my flavours off the shelf and bring them to the counter for them to process. This is if I don't call ahead and tell them the flavours I want. Well today everything was great up until I got home. When I got home I saw that every single box that I picked out and brought up had been replaced with other flavours. I didn't get a single box that I wanted. To make matters worse the lady who swapped them gave me almost all chocolate which I don't like that much. I called to ask what happened and was told that she was having trouble scanning the other flavours so she swapped them out for ones that would scan. I asked why she didn't let me know what was going on so I could be part of the solution i.e. picking the replacement flavours. She said she should have let me know, apologized, and will make sure it doesn't happen in the future. I'll change this to 5 stars if I don't have any issues in the next couple months here.

Regardless the staff were friendly and helpful, the store bright & clean, pretty much all you can ask for. It's a medium sized shoppers open until midnight daily. Post Office and Beauty Boutique services here. Shoppers has recently merged with PC Superstore points program = PC Optimum. What I like about this program is you can redeem your points at either chain and you can set up a family account to share points.

Anyway, the parking lots are well spaced - which you never see anywhere else. The only thing was - empty shopping carts were all over the place and no one out there to collect them. So when we got inside getting a cart was about scarce as water in a dessert. I actually had to go outside to get one to use. Now the fun part... hot dogs $1.50.. yes please !!!! Clothing department was a complete disaster- it was a mess beyone anything I ever saw. I mean does no one just try to fold it up instead of just throwing it back on the shelf. As I walked around, there was a few samples being handed out but I resisted- probably because one was a plant based " Burger ".. pass ! I had enough of vegan food after dating a vegan for awhile. We got what we needed and headed to the check out counters. I did notice they have a self checkout area now as well. The line ups were long but wow it went really quick. I was impressed as to how quick they process their customers. The gas bar also had a long line - gas was $1,39 a liter ( nice change there ). Now to see other gas stations do the same. When you go to the check out counter, the cashier will ask if anyone assisted you. I like that B&B prioritizes customer service and I noticed during the holidays it gets kicked up a notch. Annoying at times but then I can't complain if employees are willing to interact and help customers. This particular B&B is pretty much right at the entrance by the Southgate Transit Center. As soon as you step inside the mall you can smell something warm and lovely. All you have to do is follow the scent right around the corner. The scents available for this time of year are Hawaiian such as pineapple, coconut, and mango. Classic scents are also available like Japanese Cherry Blossom, Sweet Pea, and Lemon Verbana. Every scent you smell comes in a body spray, lotion, creme, hand soap, perfume, scrubs, candles and air fresheners. I personally like the wallflowers, they really diffuse well throughout an entire room. Today I bought a new blingy plug in and two new wallflowers: Honolulu Sun and Limoncello.
