At first, Nikki was kind and said they'd remake the lenses with the new prescription. Weeks later, the lenses came back -- but with the old prescription. They remade them again, this time with the correct prescription, but then the frames broke, so they had to reorder them. When the new frames arrived, they were different from the original ones I chose. When I pointed this out, they insisted it was the same model and that the manufacturer "must have changed them." Instead of apologizing, they said they'd see which frames fit my lenses -- as if I should just accept whatever worked. By this point, I'd been back multiple times, only because of their repeated mistakes, yet they treated me like I was the problem. It wasn't until I insisted on a refund that they finally agreed to make another pair in the correct frames. This entire process was an absolute nightmare -- disorganized, rude, and completely lacking accountability. Steer clear.

They then checked them and agreed that they needed to be redone, without apology. My son was told that his frames were slightly bent during his eye exam. But no adjustment was made because he had to buy this replacement pair elsewhere while away at college - not exactly the way you would expect a long term customer to be treated. And finally, my daughter who has worn contacts for years was not given a contact lens prescription during her last appointment. Now she needs to spend time out of her day to come back for another exam - No appology given. Used to love this place. Sadly it's gone down-hill rather fast. My family of 4 will not be returning.

The parking lot is small, with six spots shared between the street-facing optometry office and an interactive media studio behind it. I was greeted by both Bailey and the sunny Teri upon walking in. Soon as I was done with the paperwork, Bailey had a machine quickly measure my eyes for basic numbers to hand off to the optometrist (no puff of air involved, in case that bothers anyone), and I was ushered to the office to meet Dr. Matthew Anderson. Matt is a rather quiet individual - going expect overt humor or any chit-chat. That said, he was professional and thorough, whether in checking my eyesight, fitting me for contact lenses, or rechecking the fitting after I'd put on a trial pair. Eyes All Over typically gives over a week's worth of daily contact lenses for a trial run, and Matthew makes a point of guiding clients towards economical lens choices that offer enough support for their eyes without wallet overkill. Optometrists often have a refitting policy in event a prescription doesn't feel quite right, and Matthew's refitting policy extends 60 days from the examination. Overall, a good experience. I'll be back in a week to pick up the trial contact lens sets on order for me. Meanwhile, I have the remaining pairs the office had on hand to try out.

It was so dirty. Save your money go elsewhere. This quaint shop is delightful. I choose to come to this place because it is close to a friend that I visit often. There is a wonderful man that works here that is absolutely charming. He gives top notch service and literally rolls out the red carpet for his guests. He has a wonderful personality, he is attentive and very honest feedback about how the eyewear looks on me. I highly recommend you see him. I worked with a gal a couple years ago that was extremely lackluster and had zero skills in terms of assisting me in picking out I eyewear that would look flattering on me. I was grateful when I walked through the door and the gentleman was there. I knew he would be helpful as he was so put together and had exquisite eyewear. I do believe his name was James.
