This place used to be good, but now it's weird and AWKWARD. They do not have an in-person doctor…read moreanymore. They put me in an exam room with a laptop to meet with a Phoenix doctor over some telehealth platform. The acoustics in the room sucked, and there wasn't a microphone to connect to the laptop. The doctor had a hard time hearing me so I had to YELL at the laptop. The walls in the office are thin so I am sure everyone else in the building heard me (awkward!). I tried typing info into the chat but the doctor (very old man) did not know how to use the chat function. Worst of all was his reaction to telling me I had leukemia. He told me I was "lucky" to have leukemia and they're "ninety percent of the way to a cure on that." I told him my last treatment predicted a 60% survival rate after six months, which I didn't consider especially "lucky." Honestly I was pretty shocked and upset at him telling me I was "lucky" to have a deadly form of cancer. And to have everyone else hear it. Go somewhere else if you want respect and privacy.

But true to form, she is as good as she was in 2014 when I was weaning off of a Fentyl patch used for ten-plus years of chronic pain. This week, I saw her for other reasons, as my PCP had sold his practice. I was told he would return in September, but now I was told he was not returning. Her new offices would typically be out of my driving range, but I noticed she was close to where I was staying in South Tucson. Dr. Moroso was great. She listened to me and heard my angst. She made meaningful suggestions, gave me a referral, and gave me a sample of Hops oil for my skin. She is like a master chef using nature to remedy modern miseries. Her offices are the best version of St. Marks Street in NYC East Village circa 1968. The artwork is hung on the walls and on the walls, which is extraordinary. They are not all to my liking, but each evokes different emotions, as real art does.

I never got a confirmation email. I called the following week, and they had my email address wrong. They are now saying the submitted my recertification on Oct 30. I called the second week, and they had my mailing address wrong, so I don't know if my new card has been issued or not! I called today and they were very rude to me, when I complained about their service. I threatened to take my paperwork to Dr. Reeferalz to get it submitted correctly, and they LIED to me, saying Dr. Reeferalz is no longer in business. I have a friend that works there so I am sure that is a lie! Avoid this incompetent clinic and incompetent Dr. Lloyd! I am in pain because I can't get my medication because of their incompetence!!!!
