The only way I can get any information at all is by physically showing up at the store in person. That is unacceptable when you have already paid for a machine that was promised months ago. If delivery was going to take this long, that should have been communicated honestly from the beginning. Instead, I have dealt with repeated delays, shifting timelines, and no follow-through. I purchase several machines every year and expect a basic level of professionalism and transparency. Based on this experience, I will never purchase from Baker Motorsports again, and I strongly caution others to carefully consider their options before doing business here.

If you're going to solicit business on Facebook marketplace, I would think you should be prepared to quote if someone responds to your own listing. I have no idea why providing a phone number or email proves some sort of seriousness. I'm a cash paying customer responding to an ad. Bizarre to me the tactics that salespeople use to avoid just giving a simple quote that would take about 60 seconds.
