The only way I can get any information at all is by physically showing up at the store in person. That is unacceptable when you have already paid for a machine that was promised months ago. If delivery was going to take this long, that should have been communicated honestly from the beginning. Instead, I have dealt with repeated delays, shifting timelines, and no follow-through. I purchase several machines every year and expect a basic level of professionalism and transparency. Based on this experience, I will never purchase from Baker Motorsports again, and I strongly caution others to carefully consider their options before doing business here.

I was told it's not covered because it's a used bike and quoted ~$1,600 to fix it-- no help at all. I was even told it could be due to the bike "making too much power" and advised to convert it to a chain. A major component failing this quickly is not normal and raises serious questions about inspection before sale. I contacted Harley-Davidson Customer Service and was sent back to the dealer, but still no resolution. How does a flagship bike fail in 800 miles --and why is the customer left paying for it?
