( ZERO STARS ) If I…read morecould give this place zero stars, I would. Everything here is ridiculously overpriced, and the customer service is even worse. The female cashier has one of the nastiest attitudes I've ever dealt with. Every time I come in, she acts like helping customers is an inconvenience (And it's a CONVENIENT STORE ). There's no greeting, no professionalism, just constant disrespect. The deli food may be decent, but it's not worth paying these inflated prices just to be treated with disrespect. Customer service matters, and this place continues to fail at the most basic level. I won't be spending another dollar here until they fix the attitude of their staff and start treating customers with respect.

They have horrible customer service they speak to anybody black disgusting they look at us in a nasty way they don't try to communicate on a reasonable level. My sandwich was wrong and she was arguing with me that I was the one placed the order wrong instead of just complying and giving great customer service and fixing my sandwich, which usual food service providers do... fix What's the issue that's wrong for the customer !!!! other than that the food is good !!! but the customer service and the people that worked there are horrible !!!!!!!! management should re train their staff on how to give good customer service.

I didn't know what to expect as it was my first time trying the app but it was amazing. A mystery bag of 12 bagels which I were all different! The guy behind the counter who helped me today was super friendly and nice. The bagels were amazing. I ate two different flavors shared with my parents without even needing cream cheese or deli meat. Just ate them straight up. Flavors are on point, not too tough, fluffy and got the nice bagel chewiness/bite to it despite it not being piping hot. I'm definitely converted to coming here from now on for fresh bagels! (This is coming from a gal who has tried bagels all over NYC searching for the best bagel.) Can't say much about ambiance because I was preoccupied with the friendly conversation.

I know Emmons Deli has been a life saver a few times for me when I've been on the run and in need of a quick breakfast sandwich.
