There were so many pairs of shoes for each different style and that was impressive to me. Today I came in to sell a pair of shoes. I was able to sell my Air Jordan Flint 13s with very little hassle. There aren't many sneaker shops that let you see sneakers in the Panhandle so this was a welcome surprise. I'm so happy to have a place like this within driving distance. They had so much streetwear in stock that I hadn't seen before. They also had the newest shoe releases. I would recommend this place to anyone who considers their self a sneakerhead.

I think its one of the best shoe stores I've been in based on the prices (very affordable) , brands (very wide range), and mix of styles. I should also make sure to give them major props for the fact that they mostly carry real leather shoes (maybe all of them are in fact now that I think about it), unlike other stores which tend to carry all pleather cheap brands. I also feel like they offer alot of options that are comfortable but not in a grandma-shoe kind of way and more in a "I live in an actual city where I walk places and so 5" stilettos aren't reasonable but I still want to look cute" kind of way. We would come through after hunting near Ramer and on the on the way to the the Florida panhandle. Sales people mostly older folks are very helpful. Ive bought large-tall button down shirts that are hard to find and some outer wear coats although selection may be picked over. Footwear which they advertise from the road is decent, definitely wait for the big sale. Just be careful if the return policy.

With all the Christmas wrapping and such, the receipt was misplaced. The next day, I called and was confirmed they would accept the return for exchange (which was the plan anyhow). Because of a hectic holiday work schedule it took about a week for my wife to have time to go do the exchange and now they are refusing the exchange, being rather rude and questioning her honesty on the exchange. Instead of being treated with basic respect, & decency he was publicly and falsely accused of stealing. The way your staff handled this situation was rude, humiliating, and completely unprofessional. There was no attempt to calmly clarify the misunderstanding, no respect shown, and afterward there was not even an apology offered for the embarrassment caused. Being falsely accused in front of others is degrading and unacceptable, especially when we were legitimate customers actively shopping and making a purchase. We understand stores need to prevent theft, but that does not justify treating customers in an inhumane or accusatory manner without facts. Situations like this should be handled with discretion, professionalism, and respect -- not public humiliation. We expect acknowledgment of how poorly this situation was handled and an apology for the false accusation and embarrassment caused to our family.
