Looked through Yelp and found Deluxe Shoe Repair with great reviews. Took my shoe early in the morning and Wednesday and Sam was there ready to help. Let him know that I needed the shoes cleaned and polished for an event I had the same Friday. He said it wouldn't be a problem and recommended that I put a layer of protection on the bottom of the shoe to so it does the shoe does not wear as quickly. I was hesitant and first and didn't find the need for it but I am happy I added the protection. The shoes were polished and cleaned professional and the layer of protection on the bottom goes completely unnoticed. Very happy with the price, time and professionalism Sam provided. Definitely will be going back.

Excellent job that they look brand new! Victor's Shoe Repair will always be my go to! My shoes came out fantastic! Got new heels for my Madden combat boots. My Madden platforms were repaired, too. They are real cobblers as they repaired my straps on my Martens baby doll shoes. They're the real deal. So glad that after 15 years, their quality is comparable as they use the same products.

The sole on both was cracked and the metal base was fully coming out of both shoes (I don't have good before pictures). I just got them back today and they are better than I ever expected (and I expected good things). My girlfriend loves them and feels so pretty in them, perfect timing for summer. I also appreciate Vahe's patience with me as I came in several times to check on their progress. Although it took him a few weeks it was well worth the wait and I love how he took his time to ensure that they were perfect.
