I brought in my umpire shoes to this guy. I came from Glendale. He promised my shoes would be ready and my shoes would be shined to a high gloss. When I went back there to pick up my shoes he wasnt there. He did not even have the courtesy to call me. i then called him and he told me he was at school. He pretreated my boots, put on three coats of shoe polished and gave my boots a very detailed polish on the heels and trim. I have never had this kind of shoe shine done to my boots.
