I get the feeling that most of these reviews are all BS. I was gonna drop off some sneakers to get repaired all brand new and I just asked for a simple receipt to prove that I dropped off three pairs of sneakers and I was accused of having weird energy for asking for something that anybody would get when they drop off their clothes at the dry cleaners. Firstly, Daniella (the Owner of this fine establishment) is personable, professional, and responsive to queries via Yelp. In visiting her shop, I could see dozens on dozens of high end sneakers in queue or already through the process. Every pair that were awaiting pickup looked pristine and mint. It's clear that customers who bring their footwear to Daniella are sneaker heads. I dropped off a pair of Nike Lebron 15 fly knit white basketball shoes and a pair of Nike Vapormax fly knit 2021 black running shoes. Fly knit fabric are probably the most unforgiving and I was very curious to see what Daniella could do with 6 year old (Lebron) and 3 year old (Vapormax) footwear. The turnaround time was impeccable and when they were ready for pickup, I found my kicks nicely prepared in professional clear vinyl bags. Even from a few feet away, I could already see both pairs were sparkling without a single old stain or blemish on them. The white fabric upper was alpine white again and the black fabric looked brand new. The Lebrons have the notorious clear blueish rubber outsoles that turn yellow after just walking on smooth concrete. This was the biggest shocker of all... Daniella was able to clear up most of that yellowish rubber that had reacted with the ground over the years. I could even see some of the original blue in the rubber again! I dunno how you do it Daniella, but thank you! Suffice it to say, Daniella's service was worth every penny! And I am already lining up a couple of additional pairs for a second visit. I provided my 2012 Jordan Bred 4's for her to restore but she returned a pair of 2019 Jordan bred 4's. She placed the fake sneakers in the same box I provided her, also the shoes I provided her were size 11.5 and she return a pair of size 12. She said it was a mistake and I tried working with her but it has been months and she has not resolve the issue which led me to believe it was not a mistake.
