I had previously went to one shoe store in aventura but it didn't meet the high technology of Fit2Run. Upon arrival I was greeted by sales associate Sebastian, who listened to all my needs and assisted me with the foot scan. It will show you in 3D how your feet look and what support you'll need as well as populating some recommended shoes. After trying on several different brands, I opted to purchase the OnCloud Surfer Max and also got an insole. I definitely recommend this store to anyone who runs or is looking for orthopedic insoles to provide relief! Overall, would revisit to purchase a 2nd pair

He was very knowledgeable on footwear/foot structure and gave me multiple options to try on based on their foot pressure-point scanner/videoed gait analysis. Manny took the time to go through the options of different styles of footwear specifically specialized for my foot style and helped assist me in finding the best shoes for me. I have been to other shoe stores where the workers have not been super helpful, but Manny clearly was dedicated to helping the customer and assisting them in finding the best option for them!

Came here upon store opening on a Saturday and there was already a queue (it can get busy so be patient). Didn't wait long; So was browsing the store before I got called 5 minutes later. Matthew assisted me in getting my foot sized, come to find out I've been wearing the wrong size all my of my adulthood lol! And I knew my foot was wide and the test determined that was not a lie. Big foot alert. I got a wide foot so I need a wider toe box. He brought out 3 different options, Brooks, OnCloud, & Hokas. I ended up going with the Hokas over the Brooks (only because I like wild colors and only options available we're kind of boring, sucks to have wide feet I can't be included in on the fun color run lol) Hokas had a better colorway option available. Personally OnClouds felt very cheap to me and not natural if that makes sense? But I'm so glad Matthew was able to assist me and show me all the options to narrow things down in my head. Loved the store & the service. Would recommend anyone and everyone to come here to get your foot fitted even if you don't buy anything, it's totally free and knowledge is power!

The shoes are adorable and comfortable. Sadly, after only 2 1/2 hours of wear the dye from the elastic straps completely transferred to the tops of my feet. I have never experienced this in a shoe before. I called Shoe Spa and Michael without a second of hesitation offered a full refund. I expected to send the shoes back so he could take it up with the manufacturer Rieker, and their faulty product. Instead, he said that would not be necessary and he offered some advice on possibly setting the dye. I offered to send him the pictures but again he offered and initiated the refund without a second of hesitation. I appreciate the amazing customer service, the owning of the issue and the solution to the problem. Business is hard these days, so to lose the sale and the shoes to provide the customer with a good experience is rare in today's world. Check out The Shoe Spa. Thanks again
