Stock on hand was overall pretty good, seemed a little light in the shoe department compared to other Champs Sports I've been in (see pics for open spots). Kind of forgot how much brand apparel they carry. Good selection of Nike and specifically Jordan brands. To go along with their own line of clothes, they also have some gear on hand. Staff was friendly and greeted me when I first walked in and as I walked past the check out counters, other employees asked if I needed help with anything. Store is organized and clean. Really the only down grade for me is the price point, it is what you would expect to pay at a mall sporting goods store ... which is a price point a little higher ($$$) than some of the bigger stand alone sporting goods stores. That being said, they do have a selection of apparel (shoes specifically) that you probably won't find at those locations.

The staff were friendly and greeted everyone as they entered, checked out and exited. The store was a bit junky for my liking and I felt like I had to search high and low for shoes. I did see a few pairs of flat shoes, but they were stocked high on their shelves where I couldn't reach them. I'm 5'1", so it is frustrating when you see something interesting in the store and have to ask someone tall or someone with a ladder to reach it. Overall I did find a pair of wedge sandals that I purchased for a reasonable price.

In addition to girly girl shoes that light up, boots, sandals and countless other styles of footwear my daughter need a solid pair of tennis shoes. I'm the let's go outside dad. I generally try and get a pair of good quality tennis shoes in addition to her various stylish often ugly footwear options. Some of the older styles from prior seasons are often marked up which helps offset the BOGO making it less valuable. I bought a couple of the newer options that are around the same price everywhere to take full advantage of the discount. They sent me a $15.00 off anything coupon which has a decent expiration date via email after my most recent purchase. I'm sure it will be used well before that timeframe expires; however, I was pleased it wasn't a come back in a week and spend x amount and we'll give you a discount. Be mindful of the placement of the security devices. I went back today for a size exchange and the pair I initially got had a large hole right through the center of the emblem on the tongue that would cause the area to fray. So I got to exchange this shoe twice. If I hadn't pulled one out to snap a pic to go with my review I wouldn't have noticed.
