When I walked in, I was greeted by a gentleman named Sam. He was friendly, straightforward, and told me it would cost $35 to restore the shoes. He explained that he would repaint them and add a protective seal so they'd be more resistant to damage in the future. That sounded fair, so I left them with him. A week later, I went back to pick them up and I was genuinely impressed they looked completely brand new. I couldn't even tell where the repairs had been done. In fact, I was so impressed that I literally took off the older pair of UGGs I was wearing (they're about 3-4 years old) and asked if he could restore those too. He did, and they came out looking amazing as well. I've already told him I'll be bringing in my gray pair next, which are 5-6 years old, because at this point I fully trust his work. Sam is patient, kind, and clearly passionate about what he does. He even gave my daughter a lollipop and offered me some chocolate while we talked. The walls of his shop are filled with items he's repaired, and you can tell he takes real pride in every project. His attention to detail is excellent. I wasn't super specific with what I wanted when I dropped them off, but for $35 per bag, they did a great job bringing them back to life. They're not 100% perfect and could probably use a bit more leather conditioning and a few extra touch-ups, but they're now totally wearable again, which is a huge improvement from where they started. That alone made it worth it. It also seems like they can repair or clean just about anything, and based on my experience, I'd definitely trust them with future tailoring or cleaning needs.
