I asked for a receipt/invoice for proof of me leaving shoes behind. I was secretly worried about leaving designer shoes for a week. But after sneaking in a picture on my phone of the shoes on their counter with Armando on the background, I left more at ease. I said my good-byes and assured Armando I would be back in a week. He does not understand customer service. I am actually shocked he is still in business. I took a LV purse to him because the strap was broken. He assured me he would fix it and that I should return for it in 2 days. When I returned, he had a printed sign on his door that said "I will be right back". A week passed by and he still had not returned. I called multiple times and left multiple voicemail and never heard back from him. When I returned to retrieve my purse, I was disappointed to see the quality of work he did. I pointed out the flaws in his work and after muttering to himself and raising his voice at me, he attempted to fix the work. I kindly asked for a discount because his work did not merit the full price. Instead, he berated me in front of my six year old daughter and said he would call the cops on me if I didn't pay the full price. I hope to never see this man again and hope you take your belongings to another establishment worthy of your money. Had he shown compassion or valued me as a customer, I would not be writing this now.
