I had tried to purchase boots on someone else's online store and had a bad experience. I then ordered different boots on the Wolverine website and had a great experience, and the price was right. While the boots that I received rubbed a part of my foot wrong, I needed to return them. Wolverine had no problem, provided a free return, and refunded my money promptly. I couldn't be happier with the online experience with Wolverine. Highly recommended.

The soles on my Merrell's dry rotted. I had them longer than a year so no warranty. Overall we spent about an hour and a half trying on shoes, bought four pairs, and returned them all, but every employee we met in our three visits to the store was friendly, competent, and professional.

The…read morefabric wouldn't release the grass embedded in fabric, because I play golf 3 to 4 times a week. So I took my receipt and the socks back to the Sketchers Outlet store on the E. Beltline NE. Needless to say after I explained it to the two employees, they told me because you washed the socks, they can't take back the socks. I said fine, then refund my money. They refused. I asked to talk to a manager. They said the manager is in the back and they went and "talked to the Manager" and when they returned repeated that they will not refund my $21+ and that if I didn't leave the store immediately, they would call the police. I did and told them I was writing a review of this. Honestly loved Sketchers for years, buying 4 or 5 golf shoes, hiking boots, tennis shoes and walkers. Plus several different sets of socks. After this negative experience, I'll never shop there again. Just a warning and beware folks.
