I was exploring my options while shopping for scrubs recently and decided to order with this business online to save a few dollars. I ordered several sets of scrubs on 12/3 and did not receive any shipment information until I followed up 13 business days later on 12/20. This was a Christmas gift so I was extremely frustrated that one of the tops did not ship, I inquired about this on 12/22 and did not receive a response until I followed up 7 days later. The last top did not ship until 1/25, that is nearly two months after the order was placed. This company has piss poor customer service. My advice would be to pay the extra money and order elsewhere.

From working with races across the state to partnering with local run clubs, Gazelle has made a name for themselves as the store that cares. They carry all the name brands you want: from Lulu to Vuori to Hoka and beyond. Prices are higher but Gazelle stands by their products and have a generous return policy! I have bought running shoes, tested them at job and exchanged them with ease. Gazelle has multiple locations across the state, but if you are in the west Michigan area, I recommend going to the 28 location because their selection will be wider than the DT spot. I mean they went so far out of their way to help me, to the point where I'm suspicious whether certain reviews were a disgruntled ex employee or partner. The staff seem to mesh well and have a fun environment. And I'll point out too that the woman at the front desk (semi transparent glasses) was extraordinarily thoughtful and welcoming, and helped me find some things I've had a hell of a time trying to find elsewhere.

I emailed Lauren about my disappointment that it had never been communicated to me that l would not be receiving my gloves, leaving me in a bind for the weekend. Not more than three hours later, a different driver appeared at my shop with TWO cases of the medium gloves! They found them on another driver's truck. So grateful for this service! (?!). Out of curiosity I asked what led her to want to work in a Catholic store. She said she more works for the uniform company and she goes where God leads her to share HER (Protestant) faith. I browsed for a few minutes and when I went to check out, she started saying something nonsensical - and not asked about- saying Jesus IS the Holy Spirit. I thought maybe she was just confused, but she kept rolling saying something about, "The Bible says (yada yada yada)." I took the high road and just said something about Jesus and the Holy Spirit are together in the one Holy Trinity and left. Note to store owner: since I was informed today one of you is retiring and the uniform company is going to take over their portion of the business, you might want to avoid Protestants working in your store and spewing Protestant beliefs.
