I was exploring my options while shopping for scrubs recently and decided to order with this business online to save a few dollars. I ordered several sets of scrubs on 12/3 and did not receive any shipment information until I followed up 13 business days later on 12/20. This was a Christmas gift so I was extremely frustrated that one of the tops did not ship, I inquired about this on 12/22 and did not receive a response until I followed up 7 days later. The last top did not ship until 1/25, that is nearly two months after the order was placed. This company has piss poor customer service. My advice would be to pay the extra money and order elsewhere.

I was told they did, so I said I would come after work to try them on. Keep in mind gas is expensive. When I arrived, a friendly saleswoman tried to help me, but they did not have either size. And so she asked the guy employee to check, he also came back with bad news. The saleswomen was very apologetic and I understood, but as I was leaving male employee said something along the lines of, "Maybe he (the customer) was heard wrong." That response bothered me more than the store not having the shoes. If you're unsure what a customer said over the phone, confirm it before telling them the item is available I didn't know there was an 880 or an 860. When I worked at Arby's when I was younger, we were taught to repeat an order back to the customer to make sure we had the order correct. The same basic principle applies here. I guess the internet is where I have to go.. Thanks

Local Catholic stores The Angelus across from St Isidore Catholic Church on Diamond Avenue , and the Catholic store (Bishop Baraga) on Division St next to St Andrew's Cathedral have larger selections. All 3 are nice places. Giving 3 stars here because when I was shopping here today, I asked a question about an item and the only person working said, "I don't know what that means. I'm not Catholic." (?!). Out of curiosity I asked what led her to want to work in a Catholic store. She said she more works for the uniform company and she goes where God leads her to share HER (Protestant) faith. I browsed for a few minutes and when I went to check out, she started saying something nonsensical - and not asked about- saying Jesus IS the Holy Spirit. I thought maybe she was just confused, but she kept rolling saying something about, "The Bible says (yada yada yada)." I took the high road and just said something about Jesus and the Holy Spirit are together in the one Holy Trinity and left. Note to store owner: since I was informed today one of you is retiring and the uniform company is going to take over their portion of the business, you might want to avoid Protestants working in your store and spewing Protestant beliefs. Huge turnoff, not sure I'll ever come back, and my parish is one of your major uniform customers, BTW.
