I use the company for picture and diploma framing back where I live and wanted to check out this one. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. A lot of the things here may be expensive but it's because they are really good quality! I have two…read moresets of lingerie from here (that I admittedly prance around in often) and they have stood up to the test of time. They always have their 5 for $25 panties and I don't have to replace them for a good amount of time because of the quality. I love lacey things but the problem with that is the lace usually tends to morph or the holes get wider and wider with time, but these hold up pretty well, especially compared to JCPenny's or Dillard's. They also have the prettiest looking stuff, very classy. I'm a freak about matching and this place always has color coordinating panties and bras in many colors not just your basics: white, black, and beige. They have teal, pink, orange, green, you name it. Their bras are a little expensive but they do last forever! I've had some for several years now and they are barely deteriorated (do not be lazy and shove them in the dryer). Also, the costumer service here is THE BEST is Victoria. Every time I go in someone approaches me and asks if they can help. And if I do need to ask something they know exactly where to go. They all know how to measure too. I'm in love with our Victoria Secret. It's one of very few reasons I go to the mall (the rest is pretty disappointing). Easily 5 stars from me!

She used brand new piercing equipment for each of us and answered ALL my questions without getting annoyed. I had to go back to ask another question almost a year later and the same woman was there and took time to answer, again, without annoyance. Loved that. I would definitely recommend them for ear piercing. I have no experience with, nor do I know if they do other body piercings.

They did not try and reach out to me but instead let my order sit there. I then tell her I'll go pick it up because I was supposed to leave out of town already and they delayed that. She quickly said she'd get a local driver to bring it to me in the next 15-20 min. I said ok, an hour later still no order. I then call them and tell them I'm going to get my order myself and the girl that answered tells me let me see if you can. Needless to say I went and once I was there I parked at a curbside spot and called them to tell them the spot I was in. Waited 20 min and no one ever came to bring me my order! I had to go inside and literally go in the area where they have all curbside orders and tell the attendant I'm taking my order that was just sitting there!! Unbelievable how Sam's operates their business!! Totally unacceptable! They boast about "free delivery " but it's AWFUL. Btw this isn't the first time that I didn't receive my order from Sam's. It's happened two times prior and every time they say "sorry " and don't fix the problem!

I have never encountered rudeness at any location but the staff at this location went above the norm. The suggestion was not the most expensive or most popular but exactly what I needed and at a price that was less than what I was willing to pay. Don't be afraid to ask for help. We got them and they didn't fit, and then it took a month to get my ring sized, which is understandable because of the cut. When she went back they demanded she pay another copay to be seen when the redness and irritation was clearly related to how they handled her eyes during the testing the previous day.
