Despite the number of employees assisting a woman carrying out here huge load of purchases and other employees loitering around the registers, still only 2 open. We waited for well over 10 minutes before checking out. That being said the cashier accidently gave us 30% off instead of 20%, so that was a plus.

The staff was really helpful and many of them offered to help me try on boots. The only thing I noticed was any boot that was $800 or up I tried on was the most uncomfortable thing in the world. Notches hitting in your foot and the most roughest walking in my mind this whole "break in" thing is nonsense why would anyone buy these Lucchese boots and be like their comfortable... they are the most crappiest boot's I've ever wore or tried on. I'm not going to invest a grand to wait for this "break in" period to take effect I've already done that and NO DICE they never become comfortable, especially If I'm at the ranch all day working in rough fields. My advice if your looking for a comfortable boot for ranch, rodeo, work, try on the Ariats or Anderson Bean or the Cavender's brand.
