I use the company for picture and diploma framing back where I live and wanted to check out this one. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. I was pleased with what they had to offer, but they still didn't have exactly what I was looking for. Prices also seemed somewhat reasonable. Please shop here since the company holds to good old-fashioned Biblical values and principles.

Employees never want to help you find something. They are too busy doing other things. Saturday I…read moreasked an employee where the garden flags were. I looked and couldn't find them. She said that if I couldn't find them then they're probably about. Then an employee came up to talk to her , so she turned her back to me. Apparently She was the store manager. They did not try and reach out to me but instead let my order sit there. I then tell her I'll go pick it up because I was supposed to leave out of town already and they delayed that. She quickly said she'd get a local driver to bring it to me in the next 15-20 min. I said ok, an hour later still no order. I then call them and tell them I'm going to get my order myself and the girl that answered tells me let me see if you can. Needless to say I went and once I was there I parked at a curbside spot and called them to tell them the spot I was in. Waited 20 min and no one ever came to bring me my order! I had to go inside and literally go in the area where they have all curbside orders and tell the attendant I'm taking my order that was just sitting there!! Unbelievable how Sam's operates their business!! Totally unacceptable! They boast about "free delivery " but it's AWFUL. Btw this isn't the first time that I didn't receive my order from Sam's. It's happened two times prior and every time they say "sorry " and don't fix the problem!

This location is much like every other Office Depot I have ever been in…read more There was one distinct difference, the staff. I have never encountered rudeness at any location but the staff at this location went above the norm. I was looking for something specific and was taken to the section containing what I was looking for and then given advice as to what selection I should make. The suggestion was not the most expensive or most popular but exactly what I needed and at a price that was less than what I was willing to pay. Don't be afraid to ask for help. We got them and they didn't fit, and then it took a month to get my ring sized, which is understandable because of the cut. BUT they kinda kept me in the dark about what was going OK with it, and gave me the wrong date when I asked when it would be back. THEN they told me they wouldn't charge me for the beads I didn't use, but when I saw my statement the charge was still there. I called, and nobody admitted to ever even telling me that. I had to go up there and argue to get my money back for something I didn't use. I finally got the credit, but it took some serious work. I have two…read moresets of lingerie from here (that I admittedly prance around in often) and they have stood up to the test of time. They always have their 5 for $25 panties and I don't have to replace them for a good amount of time because of the quality. I love lacey things but the problem with that is the lace usually tends to morph or the holes get wider and wider with time, but these hold up pretty well, especially compared to JCPenny's or Dillard's. They also have the prettiest looking stuff, very classy. I'm a freak about matching and this place always has color coordinating panties and bras in many colors not just your basics: white, black, and beige. They have teal, pink, orange, green, you name it. Their bras are a little expensive but they do last forever! I've had some for several years now and they are barely deteriorated (do not be lazy and shove them in the dryer). Also, the costumer service here is THE BEST is Victoria. Every time I go in someone approaches me and asks if they can help. And if I do need to ask something they know exactly where to go. They all know how to measure too. I'm in love with our Victoria Secret. It's one of very few reasons I go to the mall (the rest is pretty disappointing). Easily 5 stars from me!
