I placed an order on Thursday afternoon for Friday morning delivery between 7-9am. 9am Friday came…read morearound and i still had not received my order so I call the store and the supervisor tells me the delivery driver couldn't find my address even though I order from Sam's at least two-three times a month. They did not try and reach out to me but instead let my order sit there. I then tell her I'll go pick it up because I was supposed to leave out of town already and they delayed that. She quickly said she'd get a local driver to bring it to me in the next 15-20 min. I said ok, an hour later still no order. I then call them and tell them I'm going to get my order myself and the girl that answered tells me let me see if you can. Needless to say I went and once I was there I parked at a curbside spot and called them to tell them the spot I was in. Waited 20 min and no one ever came to bring me my order! I had to go inside and literally go in the area where they have all curbside orders and tell the attendant I'm taking my order that was just sitting there!! Unbelievable how Sam's operates their business!! Totally unacceptable! They boast about "free delivery " but it's AWFUL. Btw this isn't the first time that I didn't receive my order from Sam's. It's happened two times prior and every time they say "sorry " and don't fix the problem!

Tyler gave us a great deal $300 difference than our local mattress store for the exact same mattress. Everything went smoothly, and we were in and out in less than 1/2 hour. It is not very big but at least we have it right? and it doesn't have a huge selection compare to other dollar tree but there selection is decent and people were cordial. Also they have a frozen area which is neat because you can get breakfast/fruit/cold meat/cheeses/etc on a budget. I think might come here more often.
