If there is a way to give 0 stars I could!…read more I recently bought several pieces of furniture and spent a good amount of money to be treated like dirt. The table was damaged from the beginning which I immediately took back and they tried to blame me that I did it. I am an honest person and this was insulting to be treated like this. Then my rustic furniture is so rough you get splinters touching it and can't even use a rag to wipe it and now the wax color has already come off in places. I tried to go into the store to get help from them on how to fix my furniture. They did not believe me when I tried to tell them how rough it was. I was very polite. One gentleman showed me a product to help polish the furniture which was never shown or explained to me when I bought it. We walked around the store to try to find a piece with similar roughness, which there were none. He kindly showed me how to use the product anyway. When he used the product on a dark color furniture like the one I had and the brown color wiped off on the rag. Then he used it on a natural piece with no stain and no color came off. Then he said oh see this one is clean. After we walked around the store, and saw how all the other pieces were much smoother than mine even though it is supposed to be a rustic style he offered to get his manager. The owner came out and offered no help, was told there are no warranties, he rudely told me they would not do anything. I asked if I could bring the table in just so he could look at it and he refused to even consider it. I asked to get the manufacturer information to see if they would be able to help me in any way and was told no, they would not share the name of the manufacturer with me. I am a small framed older female and he bowed up and came at me like a little punk, and started aggressively saying get out of my store over and over again while kicking me out the door. Never in my life have I ever been treated this way. Not once did I ever raise my voice to him nor was I unkind or degrading. I only was nicely asking questions about my purchase to try to fix it. His behavior was absolutely unacceptable. What business would ever think this is they way to treat customers that just came looking for help with a product they sold. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS.

She said in the morning I can roll them up (they disappear) and in the afternoon I can roll them down as needed BUT...I can still see outside! At night the outside can see shadows but that's all. I purchased a lazy boy power leather recliner in August 2024…read more I also purchased the 5 yr extended warranty after asking my saleswoman if the warranty covered all repairs, parts, labor and transport if needed for the full 5 years. I told her all I wanted to have to do was make a phone call to the store if there was a problem with the chair. Saleswoman assured me that would be the case. This was completely FALSE. A LIE. The chair has now broken twice. The warranty company, (untiters) and kamin furniture are both dishonest. Unitiers on the first breakage stated they would replace the chair, then went back on that claiming the store sent them the wrong purchase price. The store did not help either. Now, the metal frame weld has broken, on a chair just over a year old and kamin has refused to help me. I refuse to deal with their fraudulent warranty company any further. This comapny is not honest. I will never do business with them again and advise others to be very cautious or avoid.

We saw this as they were pulling the chairs off the truck that they were damaged, the chairs had cracks all over the fabric of the arms of both chairs & were both cracking in the same areas These recliners were not even 8 months old .. One still had the manufacture tag attached to it. and KAMIN'S refused to exchange them for equal value chairs & would not repair them stating the company was out of the fabric now. They just totally ditched us!!! Shame on you all at KAMIN'S especially the owners taking advantage of us They were totally non negotiable!!!!! We were Very Disappointed and will not return to the store because of the character of the owners not standing by they're products Don't let the 50% off all recliners fool you either. This is a very large store and it is full of stuff. I enjoyed walking through it and seeing all the old things. Everything is in great shape and looks very nice. This Home Depot does have several people in a couple of departments that you can count on. I do wish I could recall their names. I know two men in the plumbing department, that you can rely on. Then one lady in Gardening is very helpful. On my next visit I will gather the names and write a new review. Seems Home Depot has cut back on employees and several departments have no one available. I know you can never find anyone when it comes to flooring, home décor, kitchen design hardware and electrical. However, the men I spoke of earlier will come to your ad in electrical. One other thing. I have recently shopped Home Depot for kitchen drawer sliders, in which they no longer carry. Drives me nuts. My next visit is for roller shades, in which I am sure will need to be cut. The problem is no one seems to work that department, and no one else in the store has the knowledge to run the machine. If they would just give me the code I would do it myself. LOL
