I'm appalled by the experience we just had in the Victoria mall Hallmark store. The clerk, Darlene, was having a loud and hateful conversation with a customer when we entered the store. She continued to have that conversation the entire time we shopped (maybe 10 minutes), during which time she cussed out loud and said very hateful things about transgender people. She called them names and said things I won't repeat. I contacted corporate about this incident. Isn't Hallmark supposed to be a Christian/family friendly store? Darlene's behavior was anything but that. If we had had our children with us we would have walked out immediately. That was disgusting. She can have her bigoted opinions but she has no business spewing them loudly in public, especially to a customer while other customers were in the store. We won't be shopping at this location again. That was gross. read more

She used brand new piercing equipment for each of us and answered ALL my questions without getting annoyed. I had to go back to ask another question almost a year later and the same woman was there and took time to answer, again, without annoyance. Loved that. I would definitely recommend them for ear piercing. I have no experience with, nor do I know if they do other body piercings.

A lot of the things here may be expensive but it's because they are really good quality! I have two…read moresets of lingerie from here (that I admittedly prance around in often) and they have stood up to the test of time. They always have their 5 for $25 panties and I don't have to replace them for a good amount of time because of the quality. I love lacey things but the problem with that is the lace usually tends to morph or the holes get wider and wider with time, but these hold up pretty well, especially compared to JCPenny's or Dillard's. They also have the prettiest looking stuff, very classy. I'm a freak about matching and this place always has color coordinating panties and bras in many colors not just your basics: white, black, and beige. They have teal, pink, orange, green, you name it. Their bras are a little expensive but they do last forever! I've had some for several years now and they are barely deteriorated (do not be lazy and shove them in the dryer). Also, the costumer service here is THE BEST is Victoria. Every time I go in someone approaches me and asks if they can help. And if I do need to ask something they know exactly where to go. They all know how to measure too. I'm in love with our Victoria Secret. It's one of very few reasons I go to the mall (the rest is pretty disappointing). Easily 5 stars from me!
