We got them and they didn't fit, and then it took a month to get my ring sized, which is understandable because of the cut. BUT they kinda kept me in the dark about what was going OK with it, and gave me the wrong date when I asked when it would be back. THEN they told me they wouldn't charge me for the beads I didn't use, but when I saw my statement the charge was still there. I called, and nobody admitted to ever even telling me that. I had to go up there and argue to get my money back for something I didn't use. I finally got the credit, but it took some serious work. Beautiful jewelrym customer service left a bad taste in my mouth.

We bought cabinets at the Temple location which had amazing customer service. We had to return a…read morecouple cabinets due to a miscalculation in the measurements. We returned the cabinets to the Victoria location and purchased a few additional cabinets. Once again we were met with exceptional customer service. We bought unstained cabinets to stain ourselves and a couple laminate countertops. The quality of the cabinets far exceeds the big name box stores and the prices are better also. We plan to do some future renovations and will most definitely return to Home Outlet. They have a great selection of home improvement products, the pricing is reasonable, and I can't express enough how pleased we are with the exceptional customer service of each Home Outlet employee we have dealt with.

They delivered and set up, then came back and picked up the unit with smiles and great attitudes. I was very pregnant with my oldest and I could use every bit of kindness then! It was so nice that a few weeks ago I needed a monitor for work and didn't want to spend the money for one if i wasn't going to keep the position. I popped in to see about renting one for a month or so and true to form, the customer service was phenomenal! They did not hesitate to greet me and offer assistance in helping me search for what I needed, all with easy banter and smiling laughter. In the spirit of total transparency, I will say I have not been in need of there services out side of those times, but I feel confident that I would go back if I found myself in need of something temporary. If nothing else, if you have time and are in the neighborhood shopping around for furniture, appliances or electronics, pay them a visit. You will be pleasantly surprised to be treated so well in today's service norm.

A lot of the things here may be expensive but it's because they are really good quality! I have two…read moresets of lingerie from here (that I admittedly prance around in often) and they have stood up to the test of time. They always have their 5 for $25 panties and I don't have to replace them for a good amount of time because of the quality. I love lacey things but the problem with that is the lace usually tends to morph or the holes get wider and wider with time, but these hold up pretty well, especially compared to JCPenny's or Dillard's. They also have the prettiest looking stuff, very classy. I'm a freak about matching and this place always has color coordinating panties and bras in many colors not just your basics: white, black, and beige. They have teal, pink, orange, green, you name it. Their bras are a little expensive but they do last forever! I've had some for several years now and they are barely deteriorated (do not be lazy and shove them in the dryer). Also, the costumer service here is THE BEST is Victoria. Every time I go in someone approaches me and asks if they can help. And if I do need to ask something they know exactly where to go. They all know how to measure too. I'm in love with our Victoria Secret. It's one of very few reasons I go to the mall (the rest is pretty disappointing). Easily 5 stars from me!
