My orthotist had originally refused to make the mold for new shoe inserts until I returned with a shoe that would accommodate the new inserts so they would work correctly. When I returned to the orthotist , he gave me the thumbs up and I'm now reaping the benefits of not having achy pains in my legs and feet. We were making headway when a more senior employee came over and was a bit loud and assertive asking questions that had long been answered at the beginning of the appointment. We felt we were being approached by a seedy car salesman. We were uncomfortable until that employee moved on. There were lots of dresses and we weren't rushed by our consultant. It was a good experience overall.
