My orthotist had originally refused to make the mold for new shoe inserts until I returned with a shoe that would accommodate the new inserts so they would work correctly. When I returned to the orthotist , he gave me the thumbs up and I'm now reaping the benefits of not having achy pains in my legs and feet.
