I am so sick of companies that would rather treat customers as thieves than actually pay employees to be there to assist. I went in this store Sunday to look at shoes. There was only one of each of the shoes available to try on. And there was no one to assuming getting the other one. I need to try both shoes on to make sure they fit and are comfortable. If this wasn't a requirement for me, I would just order them online. This is a terrible way to operate, and if you have such a bad shoplifting problem that you can't put both shoes on the floor to try on, then you need to hire more people to prevent it instead of insulting my integrity and inconveniencing me when all I want is a pair of shoes. A lot of places carry shoes and don't have to do this. This place isn't special. read more

I was looking for a particularly hard-to-find piece and they took the time on the phone to identify that they had it in stock and avail for sale. I added another piece to my order (because they were so nice) and they were gracious enough to go out of their way to ship it to me. Here's what I know for sure. They were courteous, kind, helpful and went out of their way to ship it to me when they truly didn't have to. Everyone I interacted with was sincerely lovely! My only regret? I don't live closer because if I did I'd be a frequent shopper. Thank you for making my day! You make a very positive difference in the world.

I had no idea they were closing at 8PM tonight (5/5/2023) I've always remembered them closing at 8:30 or 9:00. A minute after I walked in tonight, and just beyond the registers, I was asked repeatedly if I was let in the store because they were closed. WTH ? Then how else was I in the store ? The place was bustling and lots of people currently checking out. I was shouted at and told very rudely by one of the older ladies ( whom I'm pretty sure is the manager) to leave the store because they were closed. I'll be shopping online from now on. This isn't the first time one of the older ladies here has been really mean and rude. Also, if you are looking for a job, you would definitely never want to work for these people.
