I got scammed had a paid off iphone great condition like new maybe a yr old they gave me 400$ for…read moreit and told me it would not go towards my new phone that I had to spend the credits or I would lose them so they made me buy chargers and cases that I didn't want and I had to start over new on my new phone.... so they took my phone and gave me a charger case and wallet paid a "fee" off with my credit. I'm just now finding out this isn't a real verizon store that if I would have went to Verizon In Lake Jackson they would have given me 600-700$ and it would have went towards my new phone. they are scammers.

When I dropped the TV off, not only did the owner help me get it out the Truck, we also turned the…read moretv on to make sure it was working and there were no visible damage. I received a call 3 days later stating my tv was unable to be fixed due to an internal crack( when I picked my tv up it was an external crack). I explained to him my tv was working fine when I dropped it off, my cable port is what was getting fixed. He continued to say it was nothing he can do and he didn't do anything wrong but my tv now has a crack across it that wasn't there when he accepted it. I asked for the owner and he said he didn't know how to get in touch with him, then later on in the conversation say he was the owner. This is an expensive 65in television that now has a crack going across it. This guy does not want to take accountability for what he has done. Do not take your business here, he will break your item and act like he didn't do it. Really is disappointing to see this is a black man. So much for supporting your people.

This T-Mobile in Angleton Tx sucks every time you go there internet is down, they talked me into a…read morenew plan said it would save me 40.00 dollars a month my bill went from $265.00 to $408.00 does that sound like it saves me money. Lake Jackson T-Mobile told me to take it back go back to my old plan and tell them they can't charge me restocking fee. Went back to Angleton they told me I still had to pay the $400.00 and would charge me restocking fee I had for 3 days. Customer service told me Angleton screwed me over on contract. DO NOT USE ANGLETON T-MOBILE. Go to Lake Jackson are Alvin to T-Mobile. I am on a fixed income and because they want a sell they will lie to you.
