So today I had an appt. and could not get to the phone in time, so tech said he couldn't get ahold of me and went to next appt and mine was canceled..... He didn't even come to my house and no way to call him back and I was on hold forever to talk to someone and the automatic system wanted me to reschedule when all I want to do was cancel!!! This is all on my birthday and I was so mad that these poor call center people got an earful... But then after I was connected to the disconnect guy (lady before said she would explain everything to him so I wouldn't have to, but she didn't) he asked my why I went through it again and then he said "could I interest you in another package?". I said, "WHY... WHEN IT DOESN'T WORK. WHY WOULD I PAY ANYMORE MONEY FOR SOMETHING THAT DOESN'T WORK."
