    Desperately need to update this for 3 years, I am cutting Comcast off. I am one of those that hold…read moreeverything in until it blows.... I have called off and on fro the last 3 years threatening to cancel my service. I don't know what has happened but it is not a problem at my house but you can't tell them anything. so they go around and check everything the previous one did and no-one can find the problem, so, oh well, Poor Renee, just deal with it? So I live it for a long time and call again...same thing!!!! This has gone on for THREE years... So today I had an appt. and could not get to the phone in time, so tech said he couldn't get ahold of me and went to next appt and mine was canceled..... He didn't even come to my house and no way to call him back and I was on hold forever to talk to someone and the automatic system wanted me to reschedule when all I want to do was cancel!!! This is all on my birthday and I was so mad that these poor call center people got an earful... But then after I was connected to the disconnect guy (lady before said she would explain everything to him so I wouldn't have to, but she didn't) he asked my why I went through it again and then he said "could I interest you in another package?". I said, "WHY... WHEN IT DOESN'T WORK. WHY WOULD I PAY ANYMORE MONEY FOR SOMETHING THAT DOESN'T WORK." Also, I don't mind getting a Filipino but I sure wish they could talk more Texan like so I wouldn't have to keep asking them what they said!!!

    The absolute worst service I have ever had. EVER! There is a reason Comcast/Xfinity is known as…read morehaving the worst customer service in the United States. I have never been so stressed out trying to have decent Internet and cable and STILL having to pay for all of it. The representatives that you get on the phone do NOT care. They are beyond rude. Do yourself a favor and never get Comcast!
