IThis used to be a GREAT STORE! NOT ANYMORE! THE EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE! They do NOT follow state COVID SAFETY EITHER! I found a pair of shoes in my size. This was the last pair. The inside was defective. The insole was curled up by toe area. I told the employee of the problem, and asked if they might have any more in the back. She rudely told me to order online and have them shipped to my home. I also would have to pay shipping charges. The employee put the shoes back on the shelf. These were expensive shoes not in the sale area. Why would you want to sell defective shoes? They were not busy, there were maybe 2 or 3 customers. I thought I would give them another try..returned a few weeks later. Employees were wearing masks, but most of the customers were not. In fact, several customers removed their masks. When my husband mentioned this to an employee, he was rudely told they cannot force people to wear masks, and have no way/cannot enforce this. I thought this was a law. Other stores enforce this. No surfaces were disinfected between customers. They obviously DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE LAW OR HEALTH AND SAFETY OF OTHERS! read more
