This past weekend, I called, and someone picked up. I explained I was calling about an order I never received; they asked the order number, which I provided, and they said they were in the back and would call me back in 15 minutes. No call back. I tried calling again today, now no one answers my call at all. Has this business stolen my $38? Is this any way to run a business? I'm pretty disgusted.
