Went here a few weeks ago to look for reevo flip flops because mine that I bought on sale at the Carson's closing sale were in bad condition and they ran out of my size. After scouting around the mall to look for similar shoes, I settled on this store because they had Adidas flip flops but at least they were not very expensive. The experience I had here was OK so I will give it 3 stars. None of the staff seemed engaged in their jobs and all stood either in the back or at the front counter. The man checking me out did not even signal me to come to his cash register and did not ask how I found shopping to be. No interaction from other staff as well even though there were few people in the store, only a "fill out this survey, goodbye" once I was finished checking out. Wish the staff took more pride in their jobs but the savings are good

The inside was defective. The insole was curled up by toe area. I told the employee of the problem, and asked if they might have any more in the back. She rudely told me to order online and have them shipped to my home. I also would have to pay shipping charges. The employee put the shoes back on the shelf. These were expensive shoes not in the sale area. Why would you want to sell defective shoes? They were not busy, there were maybe 2 or 3 customers. I thought I would give them another try..returned a few weeks later. Employees were wearing masks, but most of the customers were not. In fact, several customers removed their masks. When my husband mentioned this to an employee, he was rudely told they cannot force people to wear masks, and have no way/cannot enforce this. I thought this was a law. Other stores enforce this. No surfaces were disinfected between customers. They obviously DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE LAW OR HEALTH AND SAFETY OF OTHERS!

So I ordered from Pro Edge and paid almost $38 including shipping -- and nothing ever happened. Never received my shirt. I emailed asking, no response. This past weekend, I called, and someone picked up. I explained I was calling about an order I never received; they asked the order number, which I provided, and they said they were in the back and would call me back in 15 minutes. No call back. I tried calling again today, now no one answers my call at all. Has this business stolen my $38? Is this any way to run a business? I'm pretty disgusted.
