That's why in this town everyone comes here. This has all of the beautiful sameness of the department stores you remember. It has almost anything that you could want. Khols online ordering is a joke. I put in an online order updated my shipping address when I got…read morethe email to confirm my order it had my old address I called almost immediately and was told they cannot modify or cancel the order because it is already in fulfillment. it was a glitch in their system, but refused to do anything to help cancel this order or correct it. now I have an $80 order going to an address that I don't live at. I was told if I want to cancel the order to return it to the store once it comes. what part of I do not live there anymore do they not understand ?! Kohls has lost my business for good. I even got an email confirmation that I updated my address and they still refuse to do anything to fix it

I purchase 95% of my clothing at this store. The store is always neat and tidy as are the dressing…read morerooms and bathroom. The staff are polite and dress appropriately, no short, short tops or extremely low cut jeans. The clothing is displayed wonderfully. You never see any clothes that are disorganized, incorrectly folded or haphazardly put on hangers. All staff are polite and great. Staff know the clothes and when not assisting consumers are tidying the clthing or displays, staff are never "just" standing or doing nothing. A sign of good management, which is an attribute to the store. There are 2 staff, Stephanie and Whitney (they always assist me)....they know me and my style. I have physical limitations, espicially trying on pants. Both of them ensures that I always use the largest dressing room and when necessary, they will assist me in trying on clothing. They always call me by my first name, which is really nice. They will make clothing suggestions to me but they never push me into purchasing items that are not my style (as other stores will do). I love the store and the staff are great. I appreciate everything this store does for me. I think its great, that Stephanie can put an outfit together for me that is my style. If I could rate this store/staff on a scale off 1 to 10, it would be a 10+. The + is for all the little things they do. Cindy Croft
