There are at least two, possibly three levels of items available. The main level had a lot of collectible items, dishes, silverware, books, comic books, etc. The basement had an entire library of books, clothes, tools and furniture. Sometimes you just gotta find a place with a restroom when you're travelling and it's a bit awkward to go in a restaurant if you're not planning to eat there. So I started using the restrooms in Meijers and other similar stores where I THOUGHT I would be inconspicuous. Of course I couldn't resist looking around some after, as long as I was in here. It gave me a little break from driving and a chance to look for a couple of items I needed. The one next to them said that I would need to buy 6 to get the sale again and they seemed to have a disagreement on that statement. I just returned it, don't have time to figure out which associate is correct. Just today they have a cereal brand for $1.99, marked in the aisle but I paid $3.99. My friend had a semi-emergency and their checkout froze for a good 5 minutes, so I couldn't stop or go back yet. I checked the website, none of the cereal brand is listed for $1.99 Why is it marked differently in the aisle? Went a couple of months ago, got a product only to find out the "buy 1 get 1 free" was good once, not buy 2 get 2 free. Sure, whatever. It's not marked anywhere on the aisle or the website, but because it's marked in their sales flyer that way, I had to just return it without getting the deal. It is a sheisty store and I am sure it's no different than any other meijer. I won't be shopping here again.

The experience I had here was OK so I will give it 3 stars. None of the staff seemed engaged in their jobs and all stood either in the back or at the front counter. The man checking me out did not even signal me to come to his cash register and did not ask how I found shopping to be. No interaction from other staff as well even though there were few people in the store, only a "fill out this survey, goodbye" once I was finished checking out. The inside was defective. The insole was curled up by toe area. I told the employee of the problem, and asked if they might have any more in the back. She rudely told me to order online and have them shipped to my home. I also would have to pay shipping charges. The employee put the shoes back on the shelf. These were expensive shoes not in the sale area. Why would you want to sell defective shoes? They were not busy, there were maybe 2 or 3 customers. I thought I would give them another try..returned a few weeks later. Employees were wearing masks, but most of the customers were not. In fact, several customers removed their masks. When my husband mentioned this to an employee, he was rudely told they cannot force people to wear masks, and have no way/cannot enforce this. I thought this was a law. Other stores enforce this. No surfaces were disinfected between customers. They obviously DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE LAW OR HEALTH AND SAFETY OF OTHERS!

My fiancé took my grandma's heirloom diamond and put it in a new setting. Dion was so so helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. The finished product was everything I dreamed of! I had to get the diamond brought down slightly and they worked with my jeweler in San Francisco (where we live) to get it fixed and took care of everything!
