The lovely employees marked the pants for hemming and I sent them on their journey to Hemtown. It took about a week and a half to get the email that they were ready, but I tossed my Crocs on and booked it to the store. My pants were ready! But, wait... one of them were lost. One of the pants just disappeared! I was upset, as I was stoked to get these pantaloons on the gams, but I knew it wasn't their fault. Liz, the GM, apologized profusely and we were able to send in another pair (there was one pair left in-store that was my size) to get hemmed. Another week and a half later I got an email letting me know the replacement pair were ready to be picked up AND they found the lost pair! Due to the mishap, I was given BOTH pairs (the replacement pair AND the pair that just came back from their visit to Neverland). INCREDIBLE! It was definitely a whoopsie doopsie (which had only happened in that store one other time), but Liz and the rest of the staff were absolutely incredible with their communication and their apologies (again, not their fault that the pants went on a little solo dolo adventure). I needed these pants for my wedding/honeymoon coming up in a couple of weeks and the employees became invested in getting the pants situation resolved long before then. ANYWAY, I recommend this store 10/10, 100%, love them like family.

His empathy, politeness, helpfulness and plain hard work were evident, as he measured my brother's feet to ensure he got the right size (my brother walked in wearing sneakers that were too big), and picked out several options for my brother to try on. Lo and behold, the first option Christian picked, fit my brother like a glove and were so comfortable that my brother didn't need to try any other pairs! Christian also displayed patience of a saint assisting my (indecisive) mother find a pair of shoes that she liked (they happened to be out of her size on the style she wanted), as she wandered throughout the store. What's even more impressive was that this young man was assisting other customers in between helping my brother and mother. There were some other employees on duty, but, during our visit, they were apparently in the back, and not directly assisting customers - at least not to the extent that Christian was. That level of service is extremely rare these days, so it is refreshing to experience it. Hopefully, Christian is working when you visit, so you will get to experience it too.
