We never received a confirmation email for the order. The Wednesday after we received my daughter's shoes. December 5 I called the store to ask why we still hadn't received my son's shoes. I was initially told to call customer service, but then told (almost in the same breath) that they received them in store that day and would be shipped out the next day. Ten minutes later, I got a call from the store saying they were wrong and it wasn't our order they got, but someone else's. They again gave me the number for customer service. I called the number provided and it was a completely different company. I googled a customer service number and called that number. Talked to a lady who told me I would need to call back the next day because the store had already closed for the day and they needed to confirm with them what was going on with my order. Called again the next day and was told that shoe is no longer in stock. A refund was supposedly processed. I was told they cannot issue refunds to debit cards, which was my original form of payment, so I provided them a credit card number, as my only other options were to wait for a check or to drive out to the store and get my refund (the store is an hour away from my home). I was told 3-5 business days and the refund would post. Yesterday was 5 days and, you guessed it - no refund! I again called customer service and was told they tried to refund it to the original form of payment but couldn't because it's a debit card. I explained that I gave them a separate credit card number because I was told it couldn't be issued to a debit. They gave me some line about not keeping the original form of payment on file, so they couldn't possibly have tried to issue to that. But then I was told a refund was approved yesterday and a check would be sent in 7-10 business days, which now puts us out $100 for well over a month right before Xmas. They didn't even offer to overnight the check and of course the processing department for refunds doesn't take calls! This company has failed at every opportunity to provide the bare minimum of customer service. I will never buy anything from them again.

He wasn't there but a nice, younger guy took care of us, ran the bike through their inspection and away we went. The cashier was very friendly during the purchase and the bike fit in the back of our SUV perfectly. When we got home, the seat hadn't been tightened so I slipped a bit as I got on the bike. We also had to adjust the handlebars and raise them up a bit. I thought Corey said they'd check those when we came to pick the bike up, but that's okay. We're pretty knowledgeable with bikes and took care of those ourselves. All in all it was a good experience and the bike was even on sale. To end this review... a comfortable bike was what I was looking for, the price was decent, so we ended up finding one that fits my needs.
