Of course to get the Jordans, you either need to get a ticket and hope the draw it to secure your shoes OR arrive very early in the morning and wait for the stores to open and hope they have some extra pairs OR pay $200 more for them on Amazon or Ebay. I don't have an extra $200 & I surely and not waking up super early to get some shoes so the obvious choice is get a ticket and pray one of the stores draws mine and can hold the shoes for me. I go in here yesterday to get my ticket, and the gentleman working the front of the store was EXTREMELY friendly & very personable. He open the door for my kids and I upon entering the store & asked my kids how school went that day. He told me to get a ticket I needed to go to the front check out line. We meander up to the checkout line and wait our turn (there is only 1 girl ahead of us). After he is done checking the girl out he makes some comment about looking for his phone and says he can't find his phone or the work phone and actually walks away from the counter with all of us standing there to look for them....ummm really???? I know my kids and I are not invisible, what you need to be doing is looking for your customer service skills cuz that right there is some BULL CRAP!! AFTER he finds the phones he comes back to the counter and starts going through his text messages or facebook or whatever, then looks up and says, "Oh do you need help?". NAH, I'm going to different Foot Locker stores & standing in their lines chillin for no reason. You know, cuz I have nothing better to do. Total douche bag. Sucks because everyone else in the store was nice and there to work. He's obviously there just to get a paycheck.

After repeatedly walking the store length multiple times searching for an associate, one finally bothered to get the other shoe..of the wrong pair. When I pointed out to the manager that over 8 staff were on their phones, she tried to turn the situation upside down and accused me of being intoxicated and refused me service..and called the police. The official report details the reality of this situation. I contacted corporate and offered details and photos about the incident..they never responded back to me about any desire to rectify the situation, despite the details were captured in a police report! This store is their closest one to their HQ..and they didn't even bother to do anything about the situation. I encourage anyone visiting the store to expect the same behavior..DSW could care less. What's the point of a large selection if the staff won't bother to bring the other shoe from the back. I WOULDN'T GET ANOTHER PAIR OF DSW SHOES HERE IF THEY WERE FREE.
