i really love to shop here usually but yesterday i took my grandson in the Heath store and there…read morewas NO help at all. there was only one worker running the register. all the other times i have been there it wasn't a problem to get them to measure my grandsons foot and tell me the price of the shoes. also to be noted most of the shoes we were interested in had no prices at all. when my hubby went up front to the cashier to get the price he told my hubby he had to get in line behind people paying. there were lots of people here that day. we finally got him a pair of shoes and my hubby went up to pay for them the. i noticed there's a manager there i like oh where did you come from? the cashier told up several times he was the only one there and all the time she was hiding out in the back so she wouldn't have to deal with the crowd! then when i complained she said they are having trouble finding anyone to work for them. maybe it's cause she hides in the back till the rush is over? also, this same managers nose was uncovered during this virus. it doesn't do any good to wear a mask and not pull it up over your. one, glad my grandson got his birthday shoes cause i won't be going back anytime too soon!
