I arrived to find plenty of parking, an organized and well stocked store, as well as friendly and helpful customer service. They did in fact have the boot I was looking for and my size was available, which was freakin' awesome. The location has a W Nail bar inside. Love them and it's cool to see a local business inside a large chain. They also still have social distancing guidelines in place and most employees and shoppers had masks on. Lastly, they have a large selection and a nice clearance/sale section too.

The official report details the reality of this situation. I contacted corporate and offered details and photos about the incident..they never responded back to me about any desire to rectify the situation, despite the details were captured in a police report! This store is their closest one to their HQ..and they didn't even bother to do anything about the situation. I encourage anyone visiting the store to expect the same behavior..DSW could care less. What's the point of a large selection if the staff won't bother to bring the other shoe from the back. I WOULDN'T GET ANOTHER PAIR OF DSW SHOES HERE IF THEY WERE FREE.

Not a lot of designer items at this location. Pretty much the same merch as it had two months ago. The fitting room clerk was excellent. He has a great way of keeping track of how many items go in by asking if it would "be easier to hand them to him" (from the cart) and takes you and the items to a fitting room. I actually liked that. The cashiers were not the best. The stood there having a personal conversation for two minutes (yes I timed them.). Once their story to each other was finished they were engaging w/customers and good, but I unappreciated (greatly) being ignored and not rung up in a timely manner. Nordstroms policies are slipping. So is their merchandise selections. I just didn't feel there was any value or savings to most of the items that were there today. This is why I probably don't shop there often as I'm usually disappointed.
