I recently visited this store and staff were far too busy on their phones to bring out the other…read morehalf of the shoe pair I wanted to buy. After repeatedly walking the store length multiple times searching for an associate, one finally bothered to get the other shoe..of the wrong pair. When I pointed out to the manager that over 8 staff were on their phones, she tried to turn the situation upside down and accused me of being intoxicated and refused me service..and called the police. The official report details the reality of this situation. I contacted corporate and offered details and photos about the incident..they never responded back to me about any desire to rectify the situation, despite the details were captured in a police report! This store is their closest one to their HQ..and they didn't even bother to do anything about the situation. I encourage anyone visiting the store to expect the same behavior..DSW could care less. What's the point of a large selection if the staff won't bother to bring the other shoe from the back. I WOULDN'T GET ANOTHER PAIR OF DSW SHOES HERE IF THEY WERE FREE.

There was a coffee machine in the middle of the store; which was interesting. The selection of footwear is hard to beat here. My only gripe was that online pickup precess was a little confusing. My box was sitting on the wrong shelf;f and you still have to wait in the register to check out. It won't deter me from getting another shoe deal in here future..
