I've been driving by this little shoe store for 5 years and never once stopped. For some odd…read morereason I thought it was mostly running shoes that they sold, but yesterday I discovered that is NOT the case. I was with a friend who suggested we stop, and what a surprise! They have a lot of wonderful casual shoes for men and women, and some great brands, like Yellow Box and Merrille, and most wonderful of all, they have good prices on them. I loved their selection, and the women who worked there were helpful in the extreme. I had them running back and forth bringing me different shoes in different sizes for an hour, and they were continually cheerful and never resentful. Call me crazy, but in the end I bought 6 pairs of shoes, including sandals and wedgies -- and my friend bought 8 pairs! This is not something we normally do; I've never bought more than 2 pairs of shoes at once in my life! But I bought 6, and I'm not at all sorry, because they were so cute and such an incredible bargain (a half-price sandals sale was going on). Check out this wonderful shoe store. You may be as surprised and pleased as I was.

They have a pretty good assortment of shoes to choose from including name brands like Nike, Adidas, Asics, Under Armour, etc to go along with seasonal (flip flop, slides, sandals) and dressier types of shoes. Also. a good selection of hiking shoes are available. Store was clean and well organized. Prices (when you factor in the BOGO50%) weren't bad. They are in line with what you would pay at the likes of Belk, JC Penny and Academy - just to give you a baseline price. So when you factor in the sale prices, it's a little better than you could get at these places. We didn't buy anything, so we actually had no interaction with store employees. We would pop in here again, but wouldn't go out of our way to come shopping here if we weren't in the area.

The Rainbow City location is so jam packed it can actually be hard to walk though and look at their stuff. If you're into team gear (Bama and what ever that other team is) they have a really expansive dedicated space for shirts, coats, hoodies, and misc gear. Just like other department stores they have a good selection of men's, women's and children clothing as well as some household items. Shoe department looks like they are still adding stuff in and will probably grow over the next couple months. Several spots to check out make it nice and easy .... plus help to keep lines down. Also, as of January 2021 you aren't able to enter on the Books A Million side, you have to park on the Belk/Food Court side and enter through those doors. Recommended for clothing shopping.

They have crazy sales that save so much money. Also, this location displays extra savings items right at the front of the store to help lure you in. This weekend they had 75% off on multiple items (soaps, lotions, fragrances, etc) including men's stuff. Quite a few of the full size items run about $12.50 regular price which came out to about $3 each. We were able to score a pretty full bag of stuff for about $30 total. Staff are really friendly and helpful at this location. They offer to help you with any questions and get you bags to carry your stuff in if they see you juggling 15 items in your arms. Store is clean and well organized. Highly recommend!

I love the fact this store always has Testers to try of everything in there. Their prices are usually pretty reasonable as well... especially when they're having a super good Sale... which they do quite often. The only thing I refuse to do is pay $20 for a 3 wick candle lol! Specializing in Men's and Women's clothing they change the stock on hand to match the season. Currently it's end of January and they are having clearance sales on all of the winter stuff (even though it's like 40 degrees outside) and getting out shorts and t-shirts. Good selection of product available here, even though they don't have a lot of space. Staff didn't go out of their way to offer support, but when we walked by the registers/check out they were courteous and said hi. If I'm already in the mall I would come by here again. Probably wouldn't make a special trip to the mall just to come here though.
